I LOVE THE STAFF CLEAN QUITE OVERALL PERFECT PLACE TO STAY IF U FROM OUT OF TOWN THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE MANAGEMENT IS THE BEST IVE SEEN THE WAY SHE RUNS THE HOTEL IS TOP TIER!!!! MYA AND HER TEAM I WOULD PUT THEM UP AGAINST ANY HOTEL THEY ARE ABOUT BUSINESS THERE AND TREAT EVERYONE LIKE FAMILY YOU MORE THAN A GUEST AT EXTENDED STAY THEY MAKE U FEEL WELCOME AND THE HOUSEKEEPERS GETS A 8Star FROM ME THEM LADIES DONT PLAY EVERY ROOM LOOKS BRAND NEW WHEN THEIR FINISH I LOVE IT HERE AND WISH THIS HOTEL THE BEST!!!

All employees are friendly. Renee especially was/is extremely helpful and friendly.

The hotel itself made us feel safe and comfortable to stay at. However, there are a lot of crimes and shootings in the areas around the hotel. There is security that drives around the parking lot as well constantly, so that was good to see.

The staff is awesome Mya and Antonio are my favorites they go over and beyond for there guest without looking stressed or irritated, I mean I love people that love what they do

I've stayed here several times... its convenient for everything and places I need to get to when in Memphis.

I saw two roaches come from the enclosure that holds the microwave. It was after hours,so there's no one that was at the desk to ask for bug spray, so I kept my personal things in my suitcases and up on the shelf in the closet. I normally cook, but that threw me off

Staff was friendly and accommodating for my family, the night clerk(s) were very helpful when assisting with our wants and needs. This property is peaceful. Thank you for hosting My family in such notice 🙏🏾

The front desk Crystal was WONDERFUL. She went out her way to make sure everyone was comfortable. The moment we entered the facility she made us feel as if we were at home her customer service is definitely a 10/10. The hotel was quiet and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I love two of the staff that work day shift. Erica and Myia. They make sure that the customer gets what is needed very professionally and respectful

The staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

We had to ask for linens when we needed them. No housekeeping at all. Laminated floors were not clean when we first got there. It's an old building but they try to take care of it. No breakfast even thou its advertised.

The staff was very friendly and it was my first time in Memphis and I would definitely stay here again. From Louisiana to Memphis see you again soon

It didn’t have smart TV’s and even though there was a way you could mirror you phone to watch it on the TV it didn’t let you even though you buy the extended WIFI
