I really enjoyed the proximity not only to the airport but also to the highway and other local attractions. Once you pull up the hotel is very clean and the staff promptly great you and check you in. You have an option once you arrived (depending on availability), which floor you want to be in which was nice. This is Memphis which doesn't have the best crime rates in the country. So, after checking in you do move your car behind the hotel in a locked gate that you have to use your hotel key to get in and out of. They also keep all doors locked minus the one in the lobby where the employees are honestly at just not for the front desk, but all the bar, and 24 hour driver for the shuttle back and forth to the airport. Overall, the hotel was comfortable, shower had nice water pressure, and there is a small market for late night snacks.

My biggest complaint would be the showers. No matter first thing in the morning or late at night there was never any truly hot water in room 176. We stayed for multiple days and not once was the body wash ever replenished but luckily we bought our own. Our room faced into the courtyard which we enjoyed and could go out and sit and drink coffee. However, the view of the pool was disgusting as it was all brown and molded along with trash in it. We figured it would at least be clean as they are approaching pool season. Also the breakfast here is not free or a buffet you can order single items for breakfast/lunch off the bar menu though but it is very small.

1. Very comfortable room with 24-hour free shuttle that does not require reservation in advance 2. Clean and big fitness room. The swimming pool looks nice but I didn't use it because it was still cold. 3. Generally speaking, it is a pretty good hotel to stay for those who arrive at MEM Airport late or will catch an early flight at MEM Airport.

1. A female staff member said that she would give me a receipt of the snack I bought, but I never received it. 2. There is only a Subway across from the hotel, and the open hours are short. If you don't eat in the hotel, you basically have nothing to eat.

Location very close to airport. Rooms very comfortable. Pool was nice and well-maintained. Secured (gated) parking lot was effective, but the area (to us) felt very secure and safe, and we were not sure why it was needed.

Everything was fine. Just as a note, We left early in the AM to catch a flight and did not see a staff member at the desk, but left the keycard and check-out was without incident.

I would have rated my stay exceptional all the way around had I been able to take advantage of the savings through CapitalOne Shopping app. However, I am most of the blame as I did not think to use that app when I initially booked my room. I requested to cancel the booking and to rebook using my app, but the clerk was unable to help me with that request. :-(

Not getting the better rate for my stay was a disappointment. I must be more mindful the next time I book a room anywhere.

The rooms were very clean. Beds are comfy. and it was quite inside the rooms, no hallway noise

The walk to the elevator from the lobby. But once we checked in and were instructed to park inside the gated area made us closer to the elevator which was nice but then no access to the luggage dollys!

Rooms are great and staff helpful

I made a reservation for a 2 queenbeds suite 1 month ago and none were available when I came. Nor 2 connecting regular BR. I waited for more than 1 hour for the staff to find a reasonable solution. You need to review your reservation process to guarantee people with what they have paid for!

We left too early to eat breakfast. Having the coffee ready at 0430 hours was a plus. Shuttle service 24/7 was a huge plus. Our driver, Marlin, was very nice and polite.

Electrical outlets on both sides of the bed are important to have. Mattress comfort was a 7/10. Could use a breakfast to go.

Great staff from front desk girls, to the cafe staff and also Sydney who came to fix the TV. Great food and drinks at cafe. Great shuttle service. Clean comfortable rooms. Will definitely stay here again!!

Nothing to complain about.

The property was very clean! The young man who checked me in was very nice. He answered all my questions and gave me recommendations and directions to Beale St. He offered me the airport shuttle. He was just amazing!

Staff was friendly, room was clean, close to the airport. Liked the shuttle also.

Restaurant was lacking and our room wasn't cleaned the second day. No coffee restocked or cups or even garbage empty. Asked for coffee, got that, but was told they would bring the cups and never did. No coffee the next morning before the airport.
