The bed and pillows were comfortable. The water was hot. They have a mini-fridge, microwave, DirecTV, security, parking in front of the room.

As you arrive, everything is gated, and there is only one parking space outside the gates, and it is for a handicap van. It was hard to figure out how to access the property. I ended up parking in the one space available, and I was able to speak to the attendant through a window. I think it's great that there is security all around. I just wish I had known ahead of time how to get in. After getting the room key, I was able to open the gate with the electronic key and park right in front of the room. It was a small inconvenience, but only because I didn't know how it worked.

Two pets stay free policy is good. I noticed that was printed on a poster in the lobby. For the location, the price is reasonable. If you lower your expectations a little bit based on price, and location, you won't be unhappy. Honestly, I usually stay in much better hotels.

Refrigerator freezer was iced-over, so the door never shut properly. Some days you could walk into the lobby during the day, other times you couldn't.

Well upon leaving we were trying to check back in and the guy at the front was so rude trying to charge 20 extra for being late and then I told him I was gonna do it on line he said nope I will not check you in you will be wasting your money you must leave or I call police . Very rude I would say

We had a great stay at the Motel 6 while in Memphis. The only real issue was the bedding/ comforter and the pillows. They really could be better. The pillows are way too thin to be comfortable,the blankets are just too thin.

Again just the pillows and the blankets need to be replaced.

My stay was very nice. Great downtown location only 5 minute drive to Beale street and the Memphis in May Event. I was pleasantly surprised by the property is gated and a key card is required for entrance. Our room was newly renovated and included a charging station only found in 4-5 star hotels and Cruise ships!! I knew I wanted to be downtown close to everything, this was the only property in downtown with a reasonable rate. I met Paton- Manager very nice. I didn’t know what to expect from “Motel 6” booked and hope for the best.. well I got the Best!! I definitely recommend this property and rate it with the best of the 4 star hotels.

The bathroom linen could be a little more plusher

I liked all of it. It was perfect, but that has more to do with my mission. You see, it been transformational. But I think THAT has to do more with the Way my Lord works, it's unbelievable. "Its a Crazy Idea that God 2 set me free It's so hard 2 wrap my mind around but it BURNS inside of me Inside of Me"

Nothing could have possibly gone any better! The Father (Yahweh) is Good All the Time, and All the Time He is Good!

I liked how close it was to the downtown attractions. And I loved the gate around the motel. It made me feel safe . I saw a lot of negative reviews and I can say from my personal experience. It was worth the 162 for 2 nights that i paid. No fridge or microwave but that's to be expected in motels.

I didn't like that ice machine was broken but that's really the only complaint I have , and I really don't care about that either lol

It was convenient and close to where we needed to be.

The room was a bit weathered. Light didn't work and we couldn't use the security lock on the door because it had been broken and though a repair had been attempted it did not latch. The deadbolt worked, so that was sufficient. We called about the light but no one came. The other lights worked so no big deal there.

It is gated. There is always someone in the office. My puppy stays free and the room is clean and comfortable! I love the staff here, very kind.

This hotel is better than what the previous reviews would suggest. The room was nice and appears to be newly renovated. The neighborhood was fine, not great but not bad (it's Memphis).
