Beautiful suite and great location. Easy walk to Beale Street through downtown. Reception staff member when we checked in was particularly friendly and accommodating.

When we checked out in the morning it felt like we were interrupting staff. We also paid for valet parking and used the link method to request the car when leaving, however when the valet arrived they handed us the keys, did not know where our car was and basically pointed us in the direction of a next door car lot to go and find it ourselves.

Location was perfect for walking around downtown. Block from Peabody, couple blocks from Beale, trolley ran within feet of the hotel, Pyramid BassPro 3 minutes by vehicle. Double queen suite was very large. Staff friendly. Snack and drink market saved us. Breakfast was good and lots of options. Go out the back door and Walgreens is within sight. Save you a 30min trip to Walmart for forgotten items.

VALET PARKING. Extra $29/night and not optional. Be careful, navigation apps will try to send you down a named street that is actually an alley that police seem to ignore that stays blocked with cars. Keep going until you hit street parallel to river and come in at the sign that says Marriott and Springhill. It's small and easy to miss.

The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. The hotel location is good. There's a tram stop right outside the door and it's only a few stops to Beale Street. The distance is walkable too if you're good to walk about 10 to 15 min. Breakfast was very good. Mixture of cooked breakfast and cereals and yoghurts to choose from. The scrambled eggs were good.

This is not a negative on the hotel but on Memphis itself. As a solo traveler I'm very aware of my surroundings and safety. There are a lot of homeless and folks with problems wandering the streets of Memphis so it's something to beware of. It was a bit uncomfortable walking around from time to time and sometimes I'd walk rather than wait alone for a tram. Although every city has its own homelessness problems and I fully understand these folks need help, I felt especially aware of it in Memphis. Just keep it in mind.

Great location and great accommodations. Room was pleasant and overlooked the bridge going over the Mississippi. Bed incredibly comfy.

Valet parking at $25 a nite, but no mention of it anywhere. Parking was outside and not in a covered garage. Self parking was a block away with a charge.

Breakfast was good location was excellent

Parking you are forced to pay valet extra charges I was not expecting $120 ridiculous!

Quiet, spacious, great breakfast selection. We also appreciated the workout space.

Very disappointing to book through booking.com that said parking overnight was included. The front desk informed us it was not included. Parking was over $70 for 2 nights. Perhaps we should book direct for best value? Also work out space was out of water & sanitizing wipes for 2 days. Though it was reported I was never replenished.

The location downtown Memphis was good as long as you don’t go walking outside at night ( this is just Memphis). The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and we had a very nice stay. I was thankful for the valet parking because my vehicle was placed in a guarded, safe place at night.

The valet parking was quite expensive but much less expensive than my car being stolen (which is a common occurrence in Memphis) so I was happy to pay the fee

Good location in reach of main shopping, bars and restaurants, with car parking nearby. Nice sized, clean, comfy, room with great facilities. Excellent staff, assisting where possible to ensure the stay is more than satisfactory. Their knowledge of the area was very helpful. Everyone was very friendly throughout the premises and made you feel comfortable. Range of breakfast items and choice of coffee was nice.

Nearby car parking very expensive, as was valet service offered by accommodation.

Everyone from the cleaners and the desk staff to the Valet (particularly Marquez) were friendly, helpful and attentive. Great breakfast. Will definitely recommend.

We had a 4th floor room (406) that had a ‘knocking’ sound near the window when it rained. Couldn’t work it out as it happened on 2 separate nights. Also, the sink drain in the bathroom emptied too slowly and the stopper didn’t stay up well to help the process.

Lots of variety for breakfast...especially appreciated the quiche spinach/egg packages and fresh fruit.

The room was fine but the lighting very sub-standard. The area was depressing as there were no stores except a Starbucks, a Walgreens and one nice restaurant The Flight and that was it. And there was NO dinner available at the hotel, so very few options of where to eat dinner unless one wanted to drive at night which we didn't.
