I love the architecture, murals, esthetics, and the staff! The hotel was gorgeous, as was my room!

The only caveats were the parking to the hotel was not clear when arriving, so I had to make a circle a couple times before figuring that out, and my shower could've been cleaner around the base of the shower.

The breakfast is great! I ordered pancakes, eggs, chicken sausage, with toast. The eggs were well seasoned and the pancakes were large and fluffy. The variety of breakfast even satisfied my four-year daughter who didn't like the pancakes but loved the toast and eggs. The hotel is very clean and family oriented. My daughter is quite talkative and everyone was so friendly. The view of the river is great. As a local, it's rare that I get to see such close views of the river and our view from the 10th floor didn't disappoint.

I had a hard time connecting my HP computer to the Wifi at the hotel. After 2 failed attempts I just gave up.

The staff was exceptional! From the time we checked in (those at the front desk), to the restaurant staff, the maintenance staff and everyone was just kind and professional and accommodating!!! The food was excellent!! These were all of the great staff that made our stay so wonderful. From the Caption and Hyatt Centric in which the joining hotels shared staff. There wasn't much I didn't like. We would have liked for there have to been a fan in the bathroom and the bathroom sink faucet was a little awkward. But other than that it was a wonderful stay.

The property was super clean, unique, and in such a great area. It was in walking distance to so many different restaurants and overlooking the Mississippi River…sooo beautiful! It looks so magical at night seeing the bridge from the window and such a picturesque view of the sunrise. The parking garage is right across the street and there was valet. The decor and room setup was very modern and unique. I loved the bathroom! Soo nice and a super nice overhead shower attachment! Big mounted tvs was a plus, very comfy, big beds, and my most favorite part was the CRUSHED ICE MACHINE on every floor!!! I’m addicted to crushed ice! I would recommend this hotel to any and everyone! I’m from Memphis and this staycation was awesome! 10/10!

Room was extremely clean. Very comfy bed. Huge clean bathroom. Very fun art-deco style with local flair. We had a room with a river view. It was gorgeous. Perfect distance from hot spots on Beale Street. Everything was up to the expected Hyatt Standards. Would definitely stay there again.

The elevators and rooms were a LONG walk away from the front desk - like about half a city block. For most people it wouldn't be an issue at all but for someone with mobility issues, it was a real challenge.

Loved the location, loved the simplicity and fresh take on an overnight facility. Thought it to be of a style that would attract younger travelers. Well appointed and had everything that was needed for an overnight stay - but not luxurious. The check in/out staff were exceptionally friendly, sort of casual, but very welcome - and generally, just seemed fun.

I disliked more than I liked but the value overall was great. The room didn't appear to have been swept or vacuumed as evidenced by filaments, thread, hair and clothes tags... and all the glass on the shower was not handprint/smudge free. Wasn't happy that we had to go to the lobby for coffee in the morning, and that the coffee had to be paid for as an extra. No cups in our room. Some of the staff around the food service area appeared unknowledgeable.

The location was good the breakfast was good the room and hotel were very modern and well decorated. The shower was lovely and hot and the hair dry and iron were very good. 😊

The breakfast was paid for in advance when we booked there was a $25 per person allowance so breakfast is ordered via the coffee shop in the lobby we didn't use all our allocated allowance on the first day we only spent $34 dollars but the second day we over spent by $10 but the allowance wasn't carried forward if you don't spend it on the day you lose it. This was a bit confusing for us Brit's who have the vat added to the total cost as priced on our menus. Trying to work out Vat made it difficult if the breakfast allowance was rolled over or there were complimentary tea and coffee as in other hotels we stayed in it would have been better. The hotel is also a cashless system

The hotel was one of the best we stayed in during our three weeks in Tennessee. Lovely staff, clean room & excellent breakfast, bar facilities. The location was amazing, just a short walk from Beale Street & the use of the adjoining hotel’s rooftop terrace really made the stay, with a cocktail,beer & watching the sunset over the Mississippi. Loved the decor of the room, particularly the bathroom & huge bed. We really enjoyed staying here & would definitely recommend it & stay here again should we go back to Memphis. The breakfast was included in our stay & was really good. All staff were attentive & welcoming ensuring a great experience.

The only downside for me was the cost of the parking at $33 dollars per night. Most hotels in the UK don’t charge for guests but maybe it’s an American thing.Having said that the valet staff were helpful & polite.

THE PARKING. It was a literal nightmare. I read reviews and didn’t believe it could be THAT bad. I was wrong. Expensive, inconvenient, and problematic all the way around. The overall staff experience was excellent until checkout. Was asking the person checking us out some questions about the bill and without warning, they walked away when I was mid sentence. They came back but it was odd and rude. Other than those things, it was a great stay.

Great location. Friendly staff and a great breakfast option with real food made while you wait. Way better than the waffle iron / batter and the guess-me food under a metal dome you find at many hotels chains. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Convenient self parking across the street or valet parking if you prefer. Great hotel and friendly staff give this hotel a 10 star rating. The room is modern with "captions' everywhere. Really nice.

The little table was hardly big enough to use. With the big, unoccupied space next to the window there could be a functional table and chairs.
