From the Bistro to the lobby to the hallway and rooms, everything was kept very nice, clean & well maintained. Loved the spacious room, bathroom & shower. The amenities are bright and well kept. The staff was friendly and eager to ensure we had a pleasant, enjoyable stay.

There was no option for self-parking. $30 for daily valet parking just seemed a bit steep considering the downtown area (aside from Beale St) was not that crowded or populated. Nevertheless, the valet guys were all on top of their game with moving the cars & having them ready upon request.

Loved the balcony and the room itself.

The AC didn’t seem to cool the whole room. The vent and the thermostat were around the corner from the bed area so it seemed like the “hallway” area of the room stayed cooler than the actual sleeping area.

Clean, safe. I drove down to Memphis in my personal vehicle. I was worried about all of the things that I had heard about auto thefts when coming to Memphis, but my vehicle was perfectly fine. I used the valet service the entire length of my stay and the hotel has onsite security. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very nice hotel. Clean and nicely decorated. The staff were exceptional; friendly, helpful and professional. Enjoyed a good breakfast at the Bistro. Rode the trolley straight to our destination, where the staff there were also friendly and knowledgeable. Would stay again .

The rooms were great but the beds were hard. Would prefer a softer bed.

Breakfast was really nice, although we were changed over 4 dollars for two slices of tomato which we thought was excessive.

The reception team couldn't phone for a taxi for us and advised us to download UBER, which we tried unsuccesfully and UBER tried to take payment from my credit card.

The inside, room was clean and spacious.

The parking or should, I say the lack of parking space deplorable. We actually had to pay @ a Lot because there wasn’t anywhere on the property to park. Very dissatisfied. Never experienced this nowhere. No pool?? Never experienced that. A small hot tub is not a pool. ** No complimentary breakfast ** And you call this location Memphis downtown? I would not recommend are choose this location in the future.

Clean, well kept property with safe valet parking. The downtown area of Memphis is not the best, so I appreciated the feeling of security at the hotel. All staff were friendly and professional in their service.

The staff was the best: professional, kind, very helpful.

The elevator squeaked and we could hear it in the room. I really just wanted to oil it like the tin man.

Great location- could walk everywhere. Helpful staff, clean room. Room was a good size.

Nothing really, but unable to get Netflix.
