Check-in was smooth and efficient; I was even able to check in early, which was a huge plus. While I noticed that some guests traveling in larger groups seemed to face delays, my personal experience was seamless and welcoming. The guy at the front counter was very warm and inviting and very helpful handling everything with ease and professionalism. He was a MAJOR plus considering the issues I had traveling there. Additionally, I liked my onsite dining experience. My food was really good and that bartender, that bartender, that bartender was the truth!! Parking was straightforward and well-managed. Although it required an additional fee, the convenience and security of having it on-site made it worthwhile. I had no complaints with the process or accessibility. These guys were on it! The location was also a highlight. Being downtown, the Sheraton provided easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants without the hassle of long commutes or navigating complicated routes. Whether walking or driving, I found it easy to get where I needed to go. All in all, it was a comfortable, stress-free experience that made my stay in Memphis that much more enjoyable. I would absolutely consider staying here again.

While the location was convenient, the immediate surrounding area did present some challenges. There were several individuals experiencing homelessness nearby, not on the hotel property, but close enough to draw noticeable attention. At one point, I witnessed a homeless man having an extremely inappropriate public moment with himself, which was uncomfortable and disruptive. I never had a moment where I felt "unsafe", just uncomfortable at times.... situational awareness is what you should always have I guess no matter where you go. I understand that this is more of a city issue than something directly under the hotel’s control, but it’s worth noting for guests who may be unfamiliar with the area or traveling with family.

Parking and price to park. $30 per day. The garage is shared with a convention center. It is difficult to get to your vehicle. I self.parked but valets weren't helpful with any info on parking. I.also purchased breakfast in my rate. However, we didn't get to have breakfast. The wait was over 40 min. Kitchen was backed up, And even though I showed them the confirmation and breakfast included, my room # never showed up on the list. I even told a manager at check in. The excuse was that they usually don't get the info from 3rd party booking. So I paid for something I never got. There were signs for a pool but no pool. Also the club on 19th floor was closed.

Staff was nice and it's a good location if ur wanting to go to beale st it's about a 20 min walk. Close to bass pro as well. Also the night we stayed they had a dj set up outside in the outdoor bar area for karaoke night and that was a lot of fun.

I know the hotel cant really do anything about this fact but there a group or homeless people that camp out on benches about 100ft or so from the hotel.

I mentioned to the front desk staff that the treadmill at their 3rd floor gym facility gave me an electric shock. After using it for ~30 minutes, I touched its left metallic handle and had this incident. I am not sure if this happened by coincidence or if the treadmill needs more maintenance (checks). Other than that, the facility is nice and staffs are great!

The place was very clean and the staff was amazing and friendly!! Everyone was willing to help at every step from valet to housekeeping and security! The view of the Mississippi River was spectacular and the sunsets were amazing! We loved watching the ridge lights on I40!

I have no complaints.

The staff was friendly and awesome, clean facilities, and located downtown. I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay.

Overall, my room was great with a very comfortable bed. I liked the walk-in shower, and toiletries. However, the bathroom made it evident that the hotel may kind of be an older build. But, I didn’t mind it because it was still clean and nice.

No breakfast and I hate that I had to pay to park as nice as the hotel was I won't stay there again for that reason and my bed spread had make up stains on them not good
