I Loved almost everything about this hotel. It started with the politeness and friendliness of the valet. The front desk staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The rest of the hotel staff was also very nice. The rooms were very clean, and temperature was easy to adjust. Overall, the above mentioned staff deserves a 10!…. The alcoholic drinks were good…

There are 2 areas that could use attention: Outside steps had trash (paper, leaves, etc) on them daily. It made the place look a little dirty outside (Peabody across the street never had trash lining the sidewalks). I didn’t eat at the restaurant because it was taking a LONG time to get food.. I heard restaurant staff speaking about how kitchen employees had not shown up for work on more than one day - possibly the reason for long delays. People who finally got their food stated that it was good.

Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Having a smart tv was convenient when we came home to relax after a long day before heading out again for dinner. The staff were friendly. They had a water leak while we were there and had to turn the water off for a short time, but it was dealt with in a satisfactory time and guests were offered a free drink at the bar for the inconvenience which we appreciated. I think the staff dealt with what must have been a stressful situation very well.

snow storm when we were in Memphis but the hotel were keen to ensure we knew the situation and gave us flyers for delivery service etc. They had their team stay overnight to ensure there were staff the following morning. Slow service but that was to be expected and they delt with the situation well. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Gym was a good size for a hotel and the breakfast was good. Room was okay size but clean and had everything needed. Location good and everything was walkable, even with the snowy weather.

Quite expensive for what it is, assume that is due to the location of Memphis.

This hotel was extremely clean, and the staff matched with friendliness! On site bar and restaurant were fantastic! The location is absolute perfection to everywhere you want to go without having to drive! This will be our stay every time we visit Memphis!

Modern & Clean property in great location (across from Peabody) and 2 blocks from the over-rates dirty Beale Street. Lots of dining options close by. Secure parking garage (much needed in Memphis due to break-ins & car-jackings). Happy Hour specials weekdays (but we went to the Peabody for their $5 HH drinks on the weekend). Mo room cleanings which we didn’t mind but only 2 towels for duration so you had to hunt down the cleaners for fresh supplies.

Charge for parking $32/night (cheap for area tho plus valeted). No guest laundry. Rooms on atrium were quiet but nothing to look at, rooms on Union Avenue very noisy especially on Wednesdays due to M/C burnouts.

If you select this hotel in Memphis, you will be greeted by a wonderful staff. I must point out that Ms. Ida and Ms. Daisy are lovely people. Very helpful and kind. The hotel also arranged for a car service owned by another wonderful person, Ms. Gwen. She called me and assured our pickup and for our safe return.

This was our first time in Memphis (my daughter's competition - RAW Nationals). We were not very familiar with the town and we had to walk 1/2 mile at 4:30AM to the convention center.

I really liked that it was close to Bourbon Street and other restaurants. I enjoyed the on site restaurants as well! Drink was amazing

Because it was on the corner, and valet line is long and you couldn’t self park. I found that hectic and not safe- Risk of getting hit by another vehicle. Asking for towels at desk instead of calling and have them brought to room

The place is modern and well appointed. It does have some wear and tear in the rooms. But the room was comfortable the bed was great and it was clean. Frank the valet guy is fantastic and will take care of you from taking your car to recommending and even calling somewhere on your behalf. The location is great.

The rooms have some heavy wear and tear. There was only one receptionist when we checked in and the line was very long. Otherwise no complaints. Would stay here again.

Ideally located walking distance from Beale Street and across from the historic Peabody hotel this hotel was clean, well maintained with friendly and efficient staff. Valet parking was quick and easy as was check in / out. Room size was great and rooms included safety deposit box and fridge. Its also a mile or so distance from Sun Studios and 15 mins drive from Graceland.
