The location was great. About a 2 minute walk to AutoZone ball park. You can see Beale Street from the hotel and it's about a 10 minute walk. The staff was friendly and ready to help with any questions or problems. Another thing about the staff, they smile. A couple of times coming back to the hotel, the only smiles you saw the entire day were from the hotel staff.

The usual hotel shenanigans. The neighbors above us were loud and liked to stomp around. The neighbors across the hall had a dog that liked to bark. Then, around 4 in the morning, people like to yell down the hall for whatever reason. None of this is the hotels fault, but it's the only things I didn't like at the hotel.

The hotel was in a great location, clean, and comfortable.

We had an accessible room on the top floor furthest from the elevator which was not very convenient for a double leg amputee utilizing prosthetic legs. There was a fire alarm on Sunday morning that was triggered by some equipment in the breakfast serving area. The fire evacuation plan was not closely followed and was anxiety provoking. Thankfully, it was not a serious fire emergency but my concern was the lack of response of the hotel staff if it were a real emergency.

it was very neat and clean. I didn’t feel uneasy about any part of the property. Breakfast was a nice touch. The staff was incredibly helpful with any of our silly questions. And the location was pretty good. It was just a couple of blocks outside of a downtown area so we were able to walk to most things. We did have our own transportation, but we had the options. One key item is that the beds were very comfortable!

I can’t say there wasn’t anything I didn’t like the only possible thing is I probably would’ve liked to have the pool be open until 11:00 PM or midnight.

The location was great, a short stroll to access the main attractions, but far enough out to not be in the crowds. The room was spacious and clean. There was a large fridge (for a hotel) in the room which met our needs and the beds were comfy. The pool was good, the kids enjoyed it and the gym facilities were good too, much more spacious than most hotel gyms and a large selection of weights available. Laundry facilities were good and clean.

I'd have to be really picky to find something we didn't like. The room had 3 towels which a lot of hotels seems to have moved to doing, but as a family of 4 we always have to ask for another at the front desk which they readily provided so not a big issue. They could have had a better hot selection at breakfast, it was only scrambled eggs and sausages, but the cold selection was more than adequate.

The hot breakfast and free parking make this hotel a much better value than the sites closer to the Renasant Convention Center, and the 1 mile walk is not difficult. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff was very friendly, especially Keisha,, the hotel's GM.

During busy times the wait for the elevators was long, and the stairs are not particularly convenient - the ones closest to our room exited directly outdoors, so we had to walk around the bldg to get get to breakfast. A minor issue, though.

Breakfast was standard but the food was higher quality than similar hotel breakfasts. The location was perfect for us -- we walked to all our destinations except Graceland (8 miles away). It was easy to get around town. Free parking at a downtown hotel was a big bonus.

There was a bright light in the parking lot outside our window and we could not entirely close the curtains to block it so the room was too light at night (curtains don't overlap). Also, the sound insulation wasn't great; I woke up 2 of 3 nights to the sound of a beeping alarm somewhere (might have been a garbage truck).

A good centrally positioned hotel but hotel for a lot of Memphis attractions, Sun Studios, The Peabody Hotel, Beale Street and the Memphis riverboat tours are all walking distance, and only a short drive to Graceland. The breakfast was good there was a lot of choice, rooms were large and clean and the staff very friendly. The swimming pool could have been a bit warmer but once you got going it was fine.

Road noise/drag racing near the hotel late at night. Partying in the parking lot made us uneasy and we checked out a day early.

At check in, Toshia, the front desk attendant was exceptional!! Very friendly, and very informative about the property. The room had a different smell, but took it from the cleaning supplies used and wasn’t an issue due to us bringing air freshener. Location was perfect!! We walked to Beale Street for lunch at BB King and rode the trolly. We went to a Redbird game that evening and was so convenient to walk back to our room. The highlight of ranking this hotel a good one was that my daughter left her engagement ring in the room and the cleaning staff turned it into the front desk!!! I love the honesty!!! THANK YOU!!! If I had to make a negative comment about anything would be, to have sugar free syrup available for diabetics to enjoy with their waffle. Over all, 9/10 experience!! The location is great,the free parking and the Continental breakfast was awesome. Oh and my kids love the indoor pool!!

A lot of confusion at check in. Booking. com did not have my name correct on the reservation which cause the receptionist to act as if she couldn't find my reservation! I then gave the confirmation number they said it was wrong. So A little frustrating. but the manager came. and it worked out.
