I LOVED the layout of the suite! The public area (living room, work desk, dinette, kitchen) were towards the windows, and the bedroom / bathroom were in the back surrounded by a tall wall and up 2 stairs so it almost felt like a loft bedroom. We had a LOT of space, it felt like a small apartment with many seating areas. All the staff were helpful and personable, especially Derrick Branch who helped us with bringing our things to our room and valet-parking our car, and Ima the front desk manager. The place was in a great location downtown, walking distance to the Peabody, Beale Street, and Main Street, and we felt totally safe and comfortable throughout our stay.

Liked everything about my stay. Great location. Within walking distance of the Fedex Arena and Rock & Roll & Soul music museum. One of the best breakfasts I've experienced at USA hotels. The security is excellent with the front door always locked 24/7. Great TV channels, quiet, nice desk to work at. I could go on.

Minor. I'm a side sleeper and felt the bed was a bit too hard for my sleeping style. Nothing serious.

Carl in reception was exceptional. Such a wonderful, friendly and helpful person. Hotel Location was very good and had a good breakfast.

I’m checking in the late staff couldn’t find the missing remote for the tv nor find a replacement. When needing to make an outside phone call the reception staff didn’t know how the phone worked or how to get an outside line..

The rooftop was lovely.the rooms were clean, the air-conditioning was top-tier. I had no sinus problems, which is rare. I had a corner room with a wonderful view, and most importantly, everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was kind, nice, and smiling. The whole place is a vibe. I was celebrating my birthday.

I couldn't stay longer, and I was too hungover and missed breakfast, but I heard good things.

I liked the valet parking. The men were very courteous. Our check-in was okay. The lady was loud for no reason. There was a medical emergency in one of the rooms down the hall from us and it got a bit chaotic but nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!🙂

I don't have any complaints other than the loud lady.

The room was very nice and clean and the receptionist was exceptional she was very nice and patient and she did her job with grace the room and view was nice the kitchen in the suite was clean love the bathroom as well

It was nothing I didn't like every thing was great will be booking again on my next trip to Memphis

Great location, nice comfortable and clean room. The stand out for me was the genuine friendliness of the staff, from the moment I arrived to the day I left.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Decore was tried but functional. Hence, quite expensive for what we got.

Location was one a block out of the main tourist area, so we made sure we didn't walk after dark.

The breakfast was okay however; it would have been nice to have more of a variety for the hot breakfast items

The only thing I didn't like was the lighting in the bathroom. I wish the lights were brighter especially near the mirror
