The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good, and the location was ideal for exploring Beale Street.

They should really try to have the second elevator fixed and operational. It has been out of service for a while, it seems, and one working elevator is not enough for a large hotel like it.

You can throw a rock at beale street. Yes it is that close!! Fed ex forum block away. Tom Lee park few blocks away. You can walk to the civil rights museum. All around awesome location. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good as well. Would highly recommend.

I thought it was alittle on the expensive side but you are paying for the location. The only warning I would have is be careful on the balcony if you want to have quit, and or sleep early. Some of the balconies or at least the one i had back up to beale street and rum boogie is on the corner and you will hear the music. They do provide ear plugs for you which I thought was nice.

The location was amazing a few steps from all the attractions, and the staff were amazing, but I really need to give special praise to two particular members of staff on reception a very helpfu youngl gentleman called Armia who gave me advice on how to get to Graceland as cheaply as possible and always greeted us every time we came into the hotel with a huge smile. The second lovely lady named Ashley was attending all the guests and running around checking if everyone was ok again huge smile every morning working in a very busy environment but clearly loves her job and said it to me, I asked her if I could have a knife to cut an apple as the hotel only provides plastic cutlery and in a blink of an eye she raced off to the kitchen and brought the apple back cored and cut into sections. The next morning, Ashley was on duty again, and as soon as she saw me, immediately she asked, "Do you need your apple cut and again of she went to cut the apple into segments. This is a service you rarely find, and it is so refreshing. The company should be very grateful to have these two wonderful members of staff who front the business and provide exemplary customer service.

location was excellent!! the room was nice & the bed was very comfortable. the staff were so friendly and helpful. the extra perks that were included in the rate, compared to the other hotels in the area, made this hotel stand out. im happy I chose this hotel instead of the other ones in the area.

more staff at the front desk. it is a very busy hotel and there was usually only one person there to help everyone, whether during the mid day or at night. its too much for one person- especially at night when I needed help with something or a request for the room , only one person (who was at the reception) to help the entire hotel

The location was perfect for Beale Street and all other places around there that you may want to visit. The room was exceptionally clean, and the balcony was awesome. The breakfast was exceptional. The breakfast crew went above and beyond to make sure the guests were taken care of. Aramis checked us in at the front desk and he was awesome along with everyone that worked there. There is also a parking garage with security for an additional cost that was well worth it. I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn to stay at.

Breakfast was excellent with a variety of hot foods. Location was right by Beale St, perfect to enjoy the night and come back to the hotel as soon as you get tired. The room had a nice view of the streets and was clean. Staff was friendly and other guests too. Great atmosphere!

The only issue was that the bathtub was blocked and would not drain the water quickly. Indoor pool had overwhelming smell of chlorine. Luckily, we were not there to swim but would have made time for it if it wasn't for this. I think guests should not be charged parking.

Pool was small and cold- so couldn’t use it! Very disappointed! Room didn’t get cleaned or get towels till day before we left! Bc of location, very loud with music from area bars. That should be on the website, bc it affected our ability to sleep.

Loved the location, loved the balcony. Breakfast was great, staff were all very nice.

The night light in the bathroom was a bit bright, we had to cover it with a towel. The car park entrance was blocked by people checking in and unloading their bags, which was a bit annoying as we had to sit and wait for about 10 mins before we could get past and in to the car park. You can just get in to the car park from the main road, you don't need to go under the tunnel and past reception.

We upgraded to the suite which was large, comfortable and had a large balcony which overlooked the park and Beale St it was an ideal location. Bars and restaurants very local. Secure parking which enabled us to come and go to visit the many places of interest, which were all close by. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with friendly staff in full attendance. We wish we had made the time to make use of the indoor pool as it looked inviting.

We can not think of anything. It was pricey but when we considered changing our booking at a later date we realised there was a price change and we could have the much larger suite for a small increase.

Very close to Beale street, we walked there daily. It was nice to go to the top level of the parking garage to watch fireworks where we avoided crowds and trying to find parking!

The only complaint I had is that front desk staff wasn’t very friendly. They seemed kind of annoyed by questions but I guess in their defense, it was a very busy weekend. The breakfast staff and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful
