I enjoy s the property and the coffee shop downstairs.

I did not like that the valet had hours. I have a friend that lives in Memphis. She took an uber to the hotel to meet me. It is close to the Grizzly's game and Beale street so we walked there. Afterwards, we went back to the hotel and wanted to go to a Grizzly's after party. I went to retrieve my car and could not due to the valet being closed. They are a separate company from the hotel. So I we decided not to go. It was very disappointing.

What a genuine gem! Loved the location - just enough off of the FAST pace and hustle, but an easy walk to the Beale Street. Some charming restaurants are within a block or two of the hotel. The vibe in the lobby which housed a cafe and a bar is delightful! Easily a place to travel with another couple or family as the lobby is eclectic with many seating options for cozy comfort and some intimacy for visiting! Would stay again in a heartbeat! ALL staff were extremely nice.

Download the app for street parking. We appreciated the access to our vehicle and we saved a ton. There were no issues at all with safety concerns for our vehicle.

Gorgeous looking hotel, very stylish and in a great location for the sights of Memphis. Food was excellent and the bar was a really nice place to hang out. The staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful.

Really needed to have free/cheap water easily accessible all day and night. It was extremely hot and the bottled water in our rooms was way too expensive, which was an issue as there weren't any stores easy to access from the location. Water was available in glasses in the reception area but that doesn't get you through the night.

The cappuccino and sourdough toast at breakfast were great. The decor of the hotel and of my room (312) was interesting and innovative; I like the way that old industrial features had been repurposed. The post-industrial funky feel of the whole hotel as quite appealing.

However, the sink did not have a mirror, and although there was a mirror on a stand, it didn't work properly, so that I had to hold the mirror with one hand and my razor with the other while shaving. The lighting was interesting, but not bright enough in the main area (in the bathroom, it was fine). The radio would have worked if I'd had a device with Bluetooth (nope) and the TV's operation was a total mystery to me. This hotel would probably be great for people aged 24-45, but for us older folks (I'm 70), the lighting, TV and radio features were less than ideal.

It was convenient/walkable to the attractions we were there to see. The staff were very welcoming and helpful not only verbally but also with door holds and negotiating the luggage cart. The room was fully equipped and comfortable.

Not so much that we "didn't like" more so the street parking was a concern. We were somewhat worried about our concealed but full trunk which would have been an issue to unload and reload it. We were informed, reassured and took advantage of a parking location recommendation by staff. All was well; we had no issues.

We had an upgrade on our room and it was absolutely beautiful. Probably the nicest place we have stayed in. The staff on reception were very welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect.

Our bathroom was serviced but the bed was never made or the room cleaned at all. We had to ask for the bin to be emptied, which they did but still left the empty plastic bottle on the floor that we had left next to the bin. Felt a bit out of character for a hotel of this budget to not have your bed or room made. Also we went to the bar for a glass of Prosecco before we went out for dinner and the bar tender said they only had enough for one glass. This was a weekend evening and before 7pm. Again seemed a bit odd but we went next door to a cool wee sports bar which had plenty fizz and gave us a free cocktail! Winner.

I LOVE this property! From cleanliness to the friendly staff...the refreshing water in the lobby...I could go on. The only thing mentioned by my spouse was that the open shower made his shower a bit unconfortable from being cold. I appreciated the vintage feel of the room...very clean! There was a light dog smell when we checked in on the first floor and elevator but it's expected sometimes at a dog friendly property...the following morning the smell was gone. I assumed the staff for overnight may have enjoyed their holiday and being a pet owner myself I know they can be nervous near and on elevators. Thanks for the great stay...I will be back.

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. My mum and I travelled to Memphis for a special occasion and wanted a special place to stay. We were blown away by this hotel. The room was stunning with lots of thoughtful details. The bed was so so comfy. The decor and whole vibe of the hotel is lovely and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Hotel is situated in a great location opposite the Civil Rights Museum and is a short walk to Beale Street etc. You can tell the lobby space and coffee shop is used by the locals so there was a real buzz in the mornings.

The room was very clean , large and well appointed. Gorgeous bathroom. We loved the location as we could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. We are active seniors who really enjoyed the hotel lobby. It is so funky, with a gorgeous bar and the best people watching and dog petting around! We chatted with a number of younger adults - it is clear that the lobby is a great meeting place for local young adults, some seniors and their well-behaved pets. Oh! and i forgot to mention that their is a bakery and coffee cafe right in the lobby! Stay here!

not much! we truly enjoyed the stay. Ok, so perhaps a grab rail in the shower? Oh, the stuffed swans were weird.
