The fact they took $50 per day without explaining the amount drawn from my account. This is criminal in my eyes.. YOU NEED TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE WHEN THEY BOOK. REGARDLESS THROUGH A SECOND PARTY LIKE BOOKING .COM. When U are on a budget you don't plan for these crazy robberies. And then you may not get it back till the end of your travels.. you can take it out on the day U should darn well put it back. Not good enough

Amber at the bar provided excellent service as we unwound with a glass of wine each night after a long day. Housekeeping staff responded to our requests for extra coffee and left the room looking clean and refreshed every day. The Hotel was convenient to the Convention Center

I didn't realize the hotel shuttle was only for local travel and did not include airport transportation. We traveled by taxi from the airport.

I enjoyed the time I spent there, and Rickey A. and Tiffany were the most helpful and attentive employees. They really make this establishment easy to return to. Kudos to Rickey A. and Tiffany!! Total gems.

I didn't like how it took so long to receive fresh linens in the morning. There were never fresh wash clothes available until the afternoon. They may want to figure out a new way of doing laundry or order enough linens to go around.

Friendly staff and shuttle drivers. Buffet very nice. Close to downtown.

Water leaking from ceiling of Room 724 and commode had a problem flushing. Thought water was getting on toilet seat from commode flushing and we didn’t realize it until 2days later that water was dripping from ceiling bad from room above us and then the toilet was about to overflow in Room 724. We were given another room. On Monday 5-8-2023 there was no breakfast buffet which was fine, but Crowne Plaza Memphis had only one person seating guest, taking orders, cleaning tables, bringing out food and ringing sales. Waited 1 hour to be served. It was way too much for one person to handle alone and no one came out to help her. A buffet would have been more manageable for one person.

No microwave in the room. It's an inconvenience to go all the way down to the lobby when you're tired AND hungry. Maybe consider putting one on every other floor

Hotel beds are usually lumpy or generally uncomfortable or you have to triple up the pillows to make one. That was not the case here. The bed was VERY comfortable, I slept like a rock. The pillow were exceptional!

I could hear everything in my neighbor's room. EV-ER-Y-THING. Yes, even using the bathroom. ew. I was there for a conference and was supposed to receive Conference rates but was charged full price.

Free shuttle but often not available. They really need two.

Expensive parking. Breakfast limited and expensive. Took two days tp get our TV remote reprogramed so we could watch TV.

Lovely hotel very clean n had cosy beds. Pool lovely after a long day food good and great prices. Staff very helpful and loved the shuttle bus driver so helpful.

The hotel was conveniently located to several downtown attractions. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant located inside the hotel was immaculate.

I didn't like that breakfast wasn't complimentary.

Rooms were Excellent and nice and clean....Modern too Free shuttle was fantastic! Drivers and staff excellent Free lemon and fruit water in lobby was perfect.! Gym was Great!.. Pool too! Close to downtown Memphis Across from Elvis' Lauderdale Apt..Wow
