The breakfast was good, everything was cooked really well, tea and coffee was good, didn't try any of the cereals but looked very nice and high quality. The room was spacious and cleaned very well. I did have a broken ironing board, but the staff were quick to get this fixed. The staff were amazing throughout my stay, all were very friendly and willing to go above and beyond.

The only thing I would change would be that there is a small kettle in the room for people who prefer them over the microwave, however I know this is more of an English thing, and the hot water machine wasn't too far for me even though I was on the 4th floor. I did also have a problem where for a couple of my nights (2 out of 6) I turned the TV off before bed, only to find that it had turned itself back on at some point during the night, and since it was opposite the bed, had the light shining in my eyes. Other than that everything was amazing and the staff couldn't have been more helpful

Wonderfully friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious & the lady who took care of the breakfast was very nice and welcoming. Front desk staff took good care of us. Would stay at this location again because of the staff. The hotel was fine, nice enough, but the staff made it worth revisiting. Shuttled to and from Graceland and Marlow's.. Really nice.

We came for Graceland. The location was close enough - just the area is no longer safe / welcoming. While in the hotel, no complaints - great service... appreciate the gated parking lot & pool space. Just don't plan to walk from the hotel to , well anywhere really...

The rooms were very clean, the beds were so comfortable & plenty of pillows for everyone. The staff was amazing. They were so helpful & accommodating. They offered a free shuttle to & from Graceland which was great. They also have a friendship with a restaurant a mile down the road that offered a ride to & from in a pink Cadillac limo. What a blast. Lastly the hotel breakfast was fantastic. Such delicious food & Miss Duffy was the best. She was such a a beautiful person to chat with & made sure we all had what we needed for breakfast. I would highly recommend a stay here when you come to town.

I always like a hot tub or sauna option but that did not change his I felt about staying there at all.

Oh I slept like a baby. At the time I was there the Wi-Fi was out, at least when I needed it. I was able to go to Starbucks down the street. The property is located in a very convenient area with McDonald’s nearby, etc.. Staff recommended a restaurant for dinner and the it was excellent. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Overall, I really liked the property. At the time I got there the Wi-Fi was out. That is the only problem. There was a Starbucks nearby and I was able to do what I needed to do at Starbucks.

Spacious room with king size comfy beds. Nice big bathroom. Everything was super clean. Breakfast very good with healthy options. Safe parking in the rear of the hotel. Walking distance to Graceland. Easy to get on the Memphis highway system to go see sights like National Civil Rights Museum and Beale Street. Marlowe’s - a well known BBQ restaurant - is also close by.

I usually go for a morning walk/run but I felt unsafe doing that because of the lack of sidewalks and the heavy traffic.

Set back from the road the property is relatively quiet most of the time. Standard rooms for a HIE hotel. Breakfast with reasonable choice, kept well stocked through the service period. Secure parking. Not far to Graceland, but hotel provides shuttle bus service to there (and return) and also to the airport.

Not much - but weirdly the airport noise was noticeable from Midnight onwards (engine thrust noise). Not that bad but something to be prepared for if you are a light sleeper. We turned off the aircon which would probably disguise the noise anyway.

The staff was amazing. Very accommodating, pleasant and always smiling! The breakfast was great and the lady serving and cleaning was such a pleasure. As well as the gentleman that checked us in and out. ( sorry, bad with names but it’s easy to find out) housekeeping was really great as well. Didn’t come across ANYONE that was unpleasant.

The ONLY thing is carpeting needs replacement in some and maybe a good cleaning in other areas.

The front desk clerk was very professional and helpful and very friendly. She has a great attitude.

The toilet did not flush properly. The water pressure appeared to be low. My husband called the front desk to report the issue. He was told to come to the front desk and get a plunger. After my husband used the plunger, the toilet flushed very slowly.

I liked that the staff was very helpful. They gave me extra towels for my family and really made me feel welcomed

We saw a few roaches one by the juice where breakfast was being served and one in our room. The are was really bad but thankfully we were able to park behind a secured gate.

Staff were brilliant, very friendly. Coffee and tea available in the reception/lounge area very useful and important when sitting with friends to discuss places to visit. Breakfast relaxed.

The room was clean enough, bed and bedding very clean. However, doors and the corners of the floors etc could have benefitted from a clean - there was a make-up brush under the bathroom sink and a long dark hair on the bathroom floor.
