The breakfast was good, everything was cooked really well, tea and coffee was good, didn't try any of the cereals but looked very nice and high quality. The room was spacious and cleaned very well. I did have a broken ironing board, but the staff were quick to get this fixed. The staff were amazing throughout my stay, all were very friendly and willing to go above and beyond.

The only thing I would change would be that there is a small kettle in the room for people who prefer them over the microwave, however I know this is more of an English thing, and the hot water machine wasn't too far for me even though I was on the 4th floor. I did also have a problem where for a couple of my nights (2 out of 6) I turned the TV off before bed, only to find that it had turned itself back on at some point during the night, and since it was opposite the bed, had the light shining in my eyes. Other than that everything was amazing and the staff couldn't have been more helpful

Wonderfully friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious & the lady who took care of the breakfast was very nice and welcoming. Front desk staff took good care of us. Would stay at this location again because of the staff. The hotel was fine, nice enough, but the staff made it worth revisiting. Shuttled to and from Graceland and Marlow's.. Really nice.

We came for Graceland. The location was close enough - just the area is no longer safe / welcoming. While in the hotel, no complaints - great service... appreciate the gated parking lot & pool space. Just don't plan to walk from the hotel to , well anywhere really...

Along with the Manager that picked my wife and I up . We really appreciated the respect we received from all the staff members that we got to interact with. The breakfast was wonderful! It was hot, fresh, and delicious! I liked the gated parking around back. The desk staff gave us recommendations for supper.

The AC dripped onto the floor all night, and we woke to a 6’ puddle of water. When I reported it to the gentleman at the desk, I explained that we tried to mop up the water. He was not happy about the leak. We needed to refill a cooler with ice to keep perishables cold. My husband turned on one ice maker. One had leaked to the floor below and shorted out the electrical socket. And the other two would not come on.

I had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Memphis Airport Elvis Presley Blvd by IHG. The facilities were good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Since the airport shuttle wasn’t available, the staff kindly arranged two Lyft rides for us, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was decent, and the hotel’s location close to Memphis Airport made it very convenient. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service.

The corridor at the second floor was smelling bad, it needs a cleaning.

the whole staff was great, however Ms Duffie was wonderful, she was so pleasant to talk to ,she was on top of the breakfast, she made sure the food was fresh and hot . The cleaning staff was on top of the cleaning with fresh towels and our room very clean when we arrived. the whole staff was friendly and pleasant and accommodating in every way. I will return in2027

the toilet paper, it's so thin, it's like wiping with your hand, it's discussing. A little more softener in the laundry would be nice as well.

The rooms were very clean, the beds were so comfortable & plenty of pillows for everyone. The staff was amazing. They were so helpful & accommodating. They offered a free shuttle to & from Graceland which was great. They also have a friendship with a restaurant a mile down the road that offered a ride to & from in a pink Cadillac limo. What a blast. Lastly the hotel breakfast was fantastic. Such delicious food & Miss Duffy was the best. She was such a a beautiful person to chat with & made sure we all had what we needed for breakfast. I would highly recommend a stay here when you come to town.

I always like a hot tub or sauna option but that did not change his I felt about staying there at all.

Oh I slept like a baby. At the time I was there the Wi-Fi was out, at least when I needed it. I was able to go to Starbucks down the street. The property is located in a very convenient area with McDonald’s nearby, etc.. Staff recommended a restaurant for dinner and the it was excellent. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Overall, I really liked the property. At the time I got there the Wi-Fi was out. That is the only problem. There was a Starbucks nearby and I was able to do what I needed to do at Starbucks.

Lovely breakfast, plenty to choose from, and the hot breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked. The Hotel and our room, were lovely and clean. The beds were comfortable but very high, a little difficult to climb Into for anyone with mobility issues. Massive room with plenty of space, great air-conditioned unit that kept the room at a lovely temperature. Large bathroom with easy access bath. All round a great place to stay

Spacious room with king size comfy beds. Nice big bathroom. Everything was super clean. Breakfast very good with healthy options. Safe parking in the rear of the hotel. Walking distance to Graceland. Easy to get on the Memphis highway system to go see sights like National Civil Rights Museum and Beale Street. Marlowe’s - a well known BBQ restaurant - is also close by.

I usually go for a morning walk/run but I felt unsafe doing that because of the lack of sidewalks and the heavy traffic.
