Only one elevator worked & its lights blinked repeatedly. The pool was not a family oriented location. There was horseplay, recklessness, heavy smoking, loud abusive profanity, & alcoholic beverages.

The room was especially clean and comfortable

The entire hotel reeks of Marijuana. From the entrance to the lo by and hallways. Door from parking lot left unlocked. Elevator was questionable.

Breakfast was adequate.

The 3 soaps in the shower were completely empty and someone before us put water in and got the last of the soap out which means that they had not been filled up for a very long time. Makes me wonder how clean the room really was. I mentioned it to the front desk and she said I should have called her for soap, but I told her I was already in the shower so that was not helpful. I got an email asking me to pre-check in and the link was not working so I called and the person that answered was a bit of a smart mouth and said "You can't check in if you are not here". Several of them were sitting behind the desk talking junk while I was checking in. Was not a good look and it was annoying because I was tired and all that smack talking was irritating.

The breakfast was OK. The furniture in the room needs to be replaced. The chair and ottoman were great but they looked like the were worn out. The bed was really comfortable. I also liked that the fridge had a small freezer so I could refreeze my ice packs.

The restaurant next store looked like it was a fun place but it was not a place I would have gone alone. As a single older person I did not feel comfortable going to eat there alone. Maybe if you let families visiting Graceland know that the restaurant next door is a bar after hours they might eat dinner at a family friendly restaurant before they get to the hotel. I drove back to Mississippi for dinner.

I stayed with my pet. The initial contact with the night attendant was great, very attentive and helpful. He handled the check-in procedure quickly. I was given a room on the first floor, which made it easier to move around with my pet, and it was the last one on the corridor, which shows that they are careful about barking noises from other guests. The breakfast was also very good, with a variety of foods. Finally, the hotel was clean and had good service. It exceeded my expectations.

The room we had was great for four adults.. A few minutes by car to where we were going and close to airport.. Friendly staff…

Being an accommodation assistant / supervisor / manager…in the hotel trade in the past myself…the rooms need attention when it comes to maintaining them…the hoovering should be looked at too…maybe some fruit at breakfast and better attention to hot water containers as they can be lukewarm..otherwise ok…

Love the staff ... excellent service. Special shout out to Ram. He greeted us at the reception desk when we checked in with such warmth. My wife smelled the aroma of Indian food and he generously packed a portion (plate) of his dinner for us to sample. The crew of cleaners should be given credit for good housekeeping. My wife is extremely particular on cleanliness..and we found no dust on furniture in the room. She was happy.

It would be perfect if there were a dog park or more grass area within the vicinity of the hotel for pets to roam about and do their business.

The room was very clean and housekeeping came every day to change sheets and make sure I have brand new fresh towels every single day. Excellent service.

The hotel was great. The location was perfect. It was only about 10 minutes from Downtown. The staff was very nice and very informing. They also recommend the Mexican restaurant next-door, which is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend.

This was our 2nd visit. The rooms are spacious, and the shower is great. We chose this hotel for the free shuttle to both locations of Graceland and the airport. We didn't have a car. Therefore, we used Uber to get to Beale Street and an area called Cooper Young.

There's not much to dislike about this stay. One very small insignificant thing is the lift doors. You need to enter and exit pretty sharpish because they close quickly.

The location to Graceland and to other tourist attractions was great! Easy access on and off the highway. The hotel was dated but clean, the way I seen it. The bed was super comfortable not too hot or too soft. Located to a good Mexican restaurant which we did eat at. With the restaurant, be sure to look at your receipt bc they include the gratuity in the price. The room has all the basic amenities and a fridge. At first sight of the hotel we were not sure we made the right choice but it’s fine. It’s also has a lit gated parking lot for the guests to use a code. Very close to the airport and they have a shuttle.

On the backside of the parking lot there is a concrete plant that was noisy of it open. Between the airport and concrete plant don’t plan on sleeping in late here. Both get started early around 6am. Still a very convenient hotel. They need to either get a new waffle maker or buy the better butter spray. Everyone was making waffles that got stuck and burnt backing up the breakfast line. The breakfast is on the skimpy. There is a McDonald’s a block down the street to the right. It’s a get and go breakfast at the hotel and it is kept clean and stocked well. Good hotel coffee.
