I came to lay my Dad to rest and this location was conveniently placed to make moving around the West Memphis area, as I was new and unfamiliar with the city itself. My room was in a location on the floor where I wouldn't be disturbed by noices of other guests entering the floor. Room temperature was good. The kitchenette was convenient as we traveled with food and it was able to be kept fresh until we hit the road again. The staff was very friendly and professional. The facility was very clean and comfortable. Quiet location inside and out. I even managed to leave one of my bags, it was located by the facility maintenance and the Front desk clerk Derica called to inform me. We made arrangements for me to come back and pick it up. I was so appreciative of that. I will be booking again.

Location, location, location! The manager was rude but the staff was amazing.

Room one wasn’t clean and was horrible. Room two smelled like smoke and we couldn’t breathe. Room three was the charm and we stayed for the week. Breakfast was just wrong. They only ordered oatmeal, cereal bars, coffee and orange juice. No fruit or much of a variety.

I have been out of my home since July due to electrical problems this has been the best experience as feeling like home for my daughter and I thank you all,!! Martel front desk night shift was Very Welcome from the first phone call and played a major part in me extending my stay

Very Clean and Spacious rooms. Friendly Staff and a decent area. Serves breakfast.

Keep in mind it’s right next to a highway so there’s a bit of noise pollution. Breakfast was kinda misleading. Breakfast is from 6am-9:30am. Breakfast consists of Granola bars, pre packaged Blueberry and Chocolate muffins, Oatmeal packets, Coffee, Tea bags, hot water (for tea), regular coffee sweetener and vanilla coffee sweetener.

Front desk clerk Shauntae very polite and generous. She goes above and beyond for her guest . My favorite clerk to visit when I’m in town

Very spacious room, great location right next to Wolfchase Galleria Mall. Nice outdoor pool. Great value.

The breakfast shouldn't be called breakfast - the only things offered were coffee and a few muesli bars. Friendly staff, but they are rarely at the reception, but at a back room. There is a bell to call them, but the bell doesn't seem to work. Room smelled a bit funny.

Eric met us at the reception desk upon arrival. He met us with a smile. Eric was efficient and amicable. He quickly and thoroughly answered our questions. He accurately directed us to where we wanted to go. When we arrived at our room it was clean, temperate, and comfortable.

When we awoke in the morning the TV had no signal, problem TBD. The breakfast was a little scarce, maybe add bread, bagels, and english muffin with a toaster. Also, complimenting condiments, ex jelly, cream cheese, and peanut butter.

The room and the staff were very nice!

There was some very excited teenagers there the one night we were there and they were a little loud and in the way, kind of spooked us but wasn't to bad!

The location was the best, close to most of our needs.

Out side could have been maintained better. No fruit for breakfast, not even bananas 😒. Washing machine broke. No refunds at front desk, inconvenience to go online for the small amount

The breakfast was lacking. We went to get coffee a few times and was always out. It was nore like an on the go breakfast. The location was good. Our over all experience was good for the most part but something was up with our carpets bc they were turning our socks and feet black and even though we stayed several days and disnt have room service while we were there our room always smelled of a wierd bleachy smell. We would stay again. It was decent for the money.
