It was great, it smelled very new. The beds were great, large bathroom, very clean. The breakfast was great; it had lots of choices. Staff was great.

The TV would not play a movie. It might have been the remote, but we think it had something to do with the internet.

The room was clean! I love it when the hotel cares about their appearances. The entire hotel was clean from the parking lot to the main entrance. The breakfast was delicious. They had meat and hot options. The parking lot was well lit and quiet. I love this location.

Nothing! Everything was great! From the lady that checked me in into the lady and checked me out.

Breakfast was great! Oatmeal was very good! Location was good.

I just wish it had been a little less expensive since we just needed a place to sleep for 1 night. The a/c was leaking water so carpet was soaked when we woke up. (Manager was very professional about it when we checked out. She enrolled us in the rewards program and gave us points for our inconvenience even though we were not really not inconvenienced.) Not really a dislike - something that just happened.

easy access, clean, and good quality

Staff telling me where to park was NOT easier for me to access. It would have been easier to park in the front and take luggage up elevator rather than parking on the end where the room and having to walk back towards the front entrance. because the elevator was actually near the front desk.

I wish I'd gotten the names of the two employees who were at the front desk when we checked in. I know that one of them was Cameron, but I didn't get the other's name. They were fantastic! Smiling, conversational, friendly. Above and beyond. The beds in the room were ridiculously comfortable and the bathroom was huge. Hotel was quiet even though it seemed to be fairly full. Location was excellent. Will definitely stay here again!

It isn't really something I didn't like, but there could be a little extra lighting in the room.

Clean and comfortable.

Don’t stay in the hotel rooms on the bottom floor close to the door. Room 101. You can hear the door open all night and the storage room is right beside. Very loud noises all the time.

Very Clean & staff helpful & nice. The bed made for a wonderfully restful night sleep. The breakfast was yummy & area clean. Even though it was very near freeway… it was nice & quiet. 🙂👍

Everything was just right. It was Christmas and the staff treated us almost like family. The Ladies cooking breakfast made a point of visiting with my kids.

Check in was a bit of a pain some how my name was reversed

The staff was very friendly but the front desk staff was amazing, they really went above and beyond making sure we had a very pleasant stay.

Breakfast was not set up well and the waffle station would clog right where the staff was going in and out so it made it difficult to form a line. The instructions weren't very clear so people were making an absolute mess of it , and the room was so cold that it made the food get cold very fast

The breakfast area was all clean and refilled quickly. The location felt safe and had security making rounds in the parking lot. The room was clean and just as described. Would definitely stay here again.
