The staff was super nice and helpful. A big shout out to Sunnat, Zara, Laila and one more gentleman whose name I'm forgetting. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The location is far from the old city where all the historical sites are. It's expensive compared to the equally good hotels that are situated within the old city. Also, there is no elevator in the building but the staff was very nice and carried our luggage upstairs. .

The hotel is about 1 km away from the ancient city. It is very close to it. We chose this hotel outside the ancient city because we passed by Bukhara. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic, the room is very large, and has a very large balcony, very comfortable. There are many kinds of breakfast, and the taste is also very good. Convenient parking, suitable for self-driving travel.

A paradise only a 15-20 min walk from the historic center. Uzbek people are known for being kind and hospital. However, I truly got treated like royalty and even received free and unexpected food service in the afternoon. Huge and tasty breakfast too. 20+ courses to choose from. Technically Hotel Bukhara may be slightly less than a 4-star hotel, but it feels 5-star+. It was a great pleasure staying here.

Don't stay here if you wish to lose weight, although, this might be true for all of Uzbekistan!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are good as well, and room facilities are comfortable. I liked that our room had a balcony you can go to and get fresh air. Location is good because it is not noisy area

Location is a little too far from the old town area. You have to take taxi but it is quiet and relaxing area. Good for vacation.

Small and quiet hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room is nice, clean, and comfortable. Spacious lobby area with a bar. You can ask for a fresh omelette and good coffee for your breakfast.

There is no elevator but staff helped bring your luggage to the room.

The host was very helpful and friendly. The receptionist Sunnat was the nicest guy ever. He helped us with pretty much everything. Highly recommended with a reasonable price range.

There was no elevator so we had carry our luggages to the 4th floor with our hands. The key system was a bit old but still working.

It is a wonderful family run hotel - a true example of excellent hospitality. It is located in a walking distance from the old town. The hotel is modern and maintains high quality. The staff is very caring and helpful. Will definitely stay there again when travel to Bukhara.

Room is comfortable and clean.

Breakfast needs improvement - freshness, quality and service. The external services (e g. Taxi rides also to other towns) provided by the hotel are highly priced - we got much cheaper prices (40% lower) for the same service easily from other service providers without even bargaining.

The location, facilities, breakfasts, room cleanliness, the staff delivered an extremely pleasant and comfortable experience for our stay.

The experience in this hotel could not be better, everything was fully comfortable.

It’s a modern building with modern facilities - it could just do with turning the lights on more and a fresh coat of paint here and there!

Just needs some polish and paint here and there, otherwise it’s great.
