Clean and modern while still being quaint. The staff was lovely

I was completely confused when I arrived that there is no lobby/reception, and I had to go to a restaurant down the street to get my key. And I only found that out because of my helpful taxi driver. There was a small sign (in German only) which I couldn’t see in the dark — not that I could have read it anyway!

Everything about the hotel, the room, breakfast, evening meals and the service was top quality. Staff were very hospitable and tremendously helpful. Full credit to the owners.

There was nothing to dislike.

Big balcony and amazing breakfast. We did not have a fridge in the room, but the small one was brought at the last day of our stay. Location is nice, one of the best in Binz.

Great location just meters from the promenade and beach. Clean and spacious rooms and facilities. Great shower water pressure. Comfy mattress. Ticked all the boxes for us.

Phone wasn’t working to get hold of reception. However sending message through booking.com app worked a treat.

The rooms exceeded our expectations. They were clean and spacious. The location was just a few mins from the promenade. The breakfast had great variety. In general great value for money.

-The bed is clean, we all had great sleep. -crib for our LO also had high quality! -delicious breakfast.

Just a reminder: The reception is in a restaurant.

Super friendly staff, especially the concierge. Good advises from him. Great location, good walk to Prora. Great service. I can totally recommend this place.

THe apartment was big, spacious clean and comfortable.

We booked for 6 people, and suppliance was for 4 people only. It was a bit difficult to use the plates, glasses etc.

The location is great, a 2-minutes walk to the beach, the room is big and is prepared with almost all the kitchen stuff, like a fridge, dining table, wine glass, washing detergent, etc.

I am not satisfied with the cleanness, it is kind of clean, but can be better.

Near to beach, very quiet and everything there what you need for a longer stay. Mattress very comfy.

That additional costs are not visible at the first view. Parking costs are 20 Euros and there is an additional fee for Kurtaxe.
