It was the best stay we had in Taiwan! Light, clean and well-equipped room with a great view. It was handy to have a tap with drinking water and both bath and shower. Most of the staff don’t speak English but they are very eager to help and could efficiently communicate through Google translate. The reception organized a shuttle to get to the trail head of a mountain nearby. Hot springs facilities are also very nice, clean and well organized

This is something really small, but would be nice if a coffee shop served not only espresso and americano but also cappuccino and latte :)

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a twin / double room for 2 and the room actual had two double beds so could have comfortably slept 4 people. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient for exploring Guguan and perfect for climbing Bojinjia Shan.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Drains smelt when you used the shower / sink.

the shower room and bath tube are good. It was finished by rock-like tile, it makes you feel having a real hot springs. And, the hot spring is really came from fucet, i can feel it since it smells like a boild egg.

Most of all in the room are pretty good. I have to say my dislike is very depent. I personaly like stiffer bed, the bed in the room are way too soft to me. Other than that, everything is good,

The staffs are nice. The onsen was good. Lovely view from my room which faces the river and the bridge.

Wifi was terrible, actually non-existent for most of the time. Dinner was not terrible, but I would say below average.

We can enjoy hot spring not only outdoor but also in room.
