I liked the room, bed, the fact that it was newer and kept up.

We were not allowed to go in the top bar area due to a private event. The restaurant was closed. I think more things should be included for that price point - coffee/breakfast - especaially if guests cannot go to the bar or restaurant. We asked for a late check out which we really needed and got a "curt" NO. : (

Great location, very friendly staff, beautiful restaurant downstairs, even though I didn't bring my dog I loved that it is pet friendly - they even had a door sign to indicate the pet is inside the room. Lovely view of Bozeman's mountains and very comfortable bed.

Bathroom is dark - although it has a very stylish light fixture; not enough light for makeup and no magnifying mirror.

The Armory Hotel is stunning as you’d expect from a Kimpton property. Located parallel to Main Street, the hotel is nice and quiet but close enough to everything Main Street has to offer. The building used to be the armory as the name suggest and it has been restored to perfection. The lobby area is super comfy seating and dim lighting giving it a relaxed vibe. The king room is a really good size with a seating area and a desk. Plenty of floor space for luggage. Walk in shower has great pressure. The rooftop pool is lovely in the winter time, it’s heated to hot tub temperatures. Staff is friendly and cool.

The hotel and property were outstanding and having a rooftop pool was a total bonus! The room was comfortable, clean and modern. They hosted a happy hour in the lobby for all guests serving wine and charcuterie. It was great!

We were highly disappointed that the rooftop bar and restaurant were closed - it was a Monday. The whole reason we booked the hotel was for that reason! I wish staff would have communicated that to us. It's not cheap to stay in this hotel and that would've been nice to not have to go out after traveling back from a long week in Yellowstone.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, place was clean, mattress and pillows were great! Excellent location to walk all over downtown.

Our windows faced the street beside the front door 1 story up. There was very loud bar goers standing on the street under our windows Friday night. We could not get any sleep until they left as the sound came right into our room. Maybe book a room further back from the street if you are a light sleeper.

Easy access to downtown, spacious rooms, restaurant, bar & pool all available at our leisure. And accepting dogs is also key for us.

I had requested via messaging the property back in January or February to have adjoining rooms for a family stay for my sons college graduation, May 12. Upon arrival, checking in the gal at the front desk was uncooperative & not in the least bit helpful to my request. She kept saying repeatedly, “ ma’am we are full.” No sorry, that it wasn’t fulfilled or anything. We ended up getting 2 rooms not only apart from one another but on separate floors as well. For the price that I had booked both rooms for it seems like it would have been a pretty simple task to achieve for a special occasion. Disappointed to say the least.

Loved the overnight manager Nikki. Loved the view from the room, the music & bartenders at Tune Up, the location…especially world class coffee around the corner at Treeline & Rockford. The room had excellent mini bar, high end toiletries that smelled divine, comfy bed, streaming options on TV, slippers and a local magazine. I enjoyed the lighting and ambiance & friendly staff.

The property is considered 4 stars & I’d say it meets those standards in terms of amenities and grounds, however, service was subpar and I attribute it to a young staff with lack of experience and direction from upper management. Eat and drink elsewhere! Amazing food and drinks all over town!

Pros: - VERY comfortable beds and really nice linens. I'm super picky about bedding and this was top notch. Slept so well! - Love the robe and yoga matt they provide in each room - The rooms are nicely designed - calming, stylish. They feel new and really clean. Mine was very spacious too. - The valet was super speedy, great service - Front desk employees were lovely and helpful - Location can't be beat. It's walkable to everything downtown. And if you don't want to use valet, there's easy enough parking nearby - Quick and easy check-out - Room was quiet, didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms - Loved the reading chair, reading lamp and desk the provide - makes it an ideal place to stay if you need to work - Beautiful view of the mountains and sunrise!!

- The bathroom was not as functional as I expected. While spacious, it has a few issues. The lighting is pretty bad, which made it hard to do my make-up. Also, the shower pressure was pretty weak and the shower head emits a very narrow stream of water, which means your body is never fully immersed and wet! Didn't enjoy that bit - I do think it was a bit overpriced for what it is. My stay was $720 for a two night stay on a Monday and Tuesday during the off season (can't imagine how much it costs when its peak season and a weekend). I also didn't appreciate that valet is an add-on service!

The restaurant was excellent. Staff was amazingly friendly and attentive. Food was outstanding.

The only problem was that we got a very early start to the day and the restaurant didn’t open until 7AM. We only had 1 breakfast the day we left.

Beautiful property and location. Staff was extremely friendly, and it was very comfortable. We especially loved the ability to stream movies from our phones to the TV, very convenient.

The outdoor pool was heated, but it could have been a bit warmer for the weather. Also, the pool area wasn’t cleaned consistently. There was trash (leftover drinks and old towels) laying around both days we went out to use the pool. Lastly, no room service was kind of a bummer. We were able to order “to go” from the downstairs restaurant, but it was an inconvenience. And they forgot the condiments we requested, so we had to go back for those after being back in our room. Not a deal breaker, but with two hungry kids it wasn’t ideal to have to wait again while one of us went back down.
