Front desk staff (special mention to Betzy), kitchen staff during breakfast time (special mention to Lisa) and room service staff for their genuine daily courtesy and help. Overall: location (those wrap around views of the Montana mountains), airy open bright modern interior, great buffet breakfast (with excellent “Gourmet” own brewed coffee), fitness centre, indoor heated pool and very spacious suites with kitchenette - all a very full package for good value. At night the hotel was quiet and bed matress and linen very comfortable, ensuring a sound nights sleep. Would return without a second thought were we to return to Bozeman. Highly recommended. Thank you to the hotel for the tentative service.

WOW! I am so grateful to have found this accommodation! I was traveling from western Oregon to visit MSU with my high schooler. The layout of our room allowed me to get up early, partition the suite, put my feet up on an actual couch and ottoman, and work without disturbing my sleeping teen. I got so much done and I was very comfortable doing it! The kitchenette was clean and so helpful, allowing us to set up a home away from home while we travelled. I saved a money on meals: Super helpful for a family on the brink of college. I WILL come here again!

Brand new ( 6mths old ) in a great location, walking distance from restaurants and other big box stores. The room was large and well equipped. You could eat a light meal in the room or could use the BBQ's downstairs.

We had made a mistake with our booking and the staff were unhelpful in resolving. Two days on, down the road at Four Points (owned by the same company), we learned that the issue could have been easily resolved and was swiftly dealt with by Connor on the front desk. A huge shout out to him. More in the review of Four Points in a day or two.

Booking.com completely screwed us over by not price matching the hotel fee. The kind woman at reception said it should have been the lower fee but unfortunately she couldn’t help me because I had used booking.com. I will never use your service again unless you please refund me the price difference. I have been a good customer as you will see if you look into my record. I never received a reply from my request of price matching as advertised on Booking.com. Greedy scoundrels. Please refund my $$

Everything was good. Only things that could have been better. The first night the heating system would go on and off all night. So we were cold then too hot then cold again and it was hard to sleep with the fan going on and off all night. Good breakfast selection both mornings we were there. Only three problems. My wife used milk on her oatmeal and it came out in chunks. Expired! I toasted a piece of bread and it only came out warm. Both days the food in the warming case was barely warm. Cold eggs, meat, and potatoes.

It’s brand new and very clean. The rooms are spacious and good for family.

The room was a little noisy due to street sounds and a loud AC unit. I also could hear loud footsteps from the room above at night. The staff at breakfast and check-in in the morning were friendly and pleasant, but the check-in lady at night was cold and unprofessional. When I asked her to clarify the room types for the keys I received since I booked two different types of rooms. She responded, “You don’t know what type of rooms you booked?”

I loved the full kitchen, including dishwasher, dishes, refrigerator, microwave, and separate sink.

The HVAC unit’s fan can not be turned off. It’s as loud as a vacuum cleaner. When it automatically came on during the night, the loud noise woke me up. It took several nights, before I could adjust and get a good night’s sleep.

Everything. Beautiful hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stay several weeks and we loved it.

The only thing I could say that may possibly need improving is the breakfast. While there is variety the food is generic and not very good. We mostly cooked for ourselves in our room.

Betsy was absolutely amazing. Very personable, accommodating, and professional.

Never was at a hotel where breakfast finished at 9AM during the week. When people are on vacation, they want to sleep.

Everything was great! Friendly staff, very clean room, good breakfast. I only stayed one night as I was passing through town, but would definitely stay here again. I absolutely loved the layout of the room!
