Everything! The rooms were very nice and clean. Loved the bathroom! It was nice to wake up to a hot breakfast every morning. So many of us were on a no carb diet. Usually most motels are muffins or sweets. It was very cold when we were there, so 24/7 coffee bar was really appreciated! We just loved the young woman on the night shift. Funny and very personable. I wish I could remember her name. Oh…excellent decision on your mattress choice. We’re thinking into looking in to it. 😂😂 Thank you for the nice stay!

The breakfast is great if you like what they offer: eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, bisquits and gravy, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, and breakfast breads. The coffee is excellent! There is no fruit or nice vegetarian options. very nice, comfortable, clean rooms a good selection of frozen food and snacks for sale 24 hrs a day very helpful staff The convenient laundry room requires quarters. I

I was very happy. Ideally, for me, the indoor pool would be a bit warmer.

I paid $450 for one night at this hotel. That rate is incredibly high, beyond overcharging for the value in my opinion. There is nothing special about this hotel. There are no fancy amenities, it's not in a wonderful downtown area that's walkable to everywhere you want to go. It's in the middle of an industrial area. It's clean, the pool was clean, the outdoor patio was a bonus but not worth $450, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. These are all things one would expect from any hotel.

After traveling for 26 hours, we were happy to be able to check in 5 minutes before New Year's! Room is spacious, and beds are comfortable! Breakfast (for American standards) was included and okay. However, compared to the European b-fasts we had just experienced the weeks prior... not even close. 😉 However, the staff was friendly, and the proximity to the airport is a bonus. Free parking!

We stayed overnight before catching a very early flight. Staff (hi Des!) was very helpful with information about shuttles, places to eat, where to mail a package, etc. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Check in/out was easy and pleasant. Photo shows some of the art work in the airport terminal.

Nothing, really. Everything was as expected and went very smoothly.

We enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn Express hotels. They are consistently clean, large rooms, and nice bathrooms. They provide a reasonable breakfast & most will shuttle to and from airports. This property was the same as most of them. I don’t know if they offered shuttle service because we didn’t use it. there was an Albertsons and gas station close by.

Had to drive to restaurants

Location was very convenient and walking distance to many eateries and grocery stores. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to and from the airport was very accommodating when we wanted to return our rental car early.

The buffet breakfast lacked enough fruits.

This hotel brand always have very soft beds and pillows it’s super comfy and the ac actually gets cold enough to sleep unlike other hotels where the ac sucks, the breakfast food was decent.

Breakfast Pastries needed some attention other than that food choices were great. Over all 4.9/5 in my opinion def recommend

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great as well, with several restaurants nearby.

The key cards were not working properly and had to keep asking staff members to open the door to the pool and go around the building to enter through the main entrance

Check in was extremely easy and my room was ready ahead of time and they allowed me to check in which was amazing. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable as well as the hotel itself. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was an excellent service.
