We travel cross country throughout the US. My husband and I both agree that this was the best hotel we have stayed at in any of our travels. The customer service (hotel staff) was the most courteous and helpful, and I must say, delightful personnel we have encountered, especially at the end of a long, drive travel day. From dining recommendations (spot on!), to educating us on all of the services included in our stay. Our room was fabulous, twice the size of any other we stayed at on this trip, and a staff member checked in on us in the morning to see if we needed any towels, health & comfort supplies, even though we were leaving that morning. I can't say enough about the people who care enough to provide the best service. We were greeted each and every time we came and left the hotel. Breakfast was great .... enough food to satisfy any diet.

I even hate to post this, but, the hot water in the shower could have been a little hotter. But, we were happy with our showers and grateful for, at least, warm water after long days in the heat.

Great property, great staff, with a good location away from the chaos of downtown. I liked having a kitchenette and everything was great. The only thing I didn’t like was they charged me $2 separately as a cleaning fee, while I had left money on the table for the cleaning staff. I mean $2…really, so petty. That was the only downside of staying at this property, and I would stay there again….but really, $2 SMH! The breakfast was really tasty, and my friend who was traveling with me appreciated the turkey bacon and chicken sausage, since she didn’t like pork.

The stupid $2 cleaning fee added after I checked out. After I already left money on the table in the room for the cleaning staff. Such a small and petty charge. Highly recommend that not be a thing that they continue to do. It just seems so cheap and petty of them. Outside of that, everything was great. It’s not the amount, because it’s a measly $2, it’s the principle.

Cleanliness , very hospitable hotel staff Connor was very welcoming and just very friendly at check-in. Room was clean and very roomy for our needs and bathroom great size. Breakfast was set up well, too.

The room was great but the noise from other rooms was echoed and not sure that can change due to the building itself. The building is set up like a warehouse to me . The doors were loud when closing from other rooms and also foot noise you can hear.

Breakfast setup still being 'worked out" I think. Some traffic flow issues.

Would like more welcoming signs and plants at the entry to the hotel from the street. For Hilton Honors members it would be nice to be welcomed to our room with Andes mints(or some small treat) and directions to nearby hotsprings. ( Maybe with a discount coupon from the Hot Springs)

A rather new property with large well appointed rooms. The staff here, especially Connor are friendly and accommodating. Whilst handy for travelers, it is isolated from the city, unlike it sister hotel in Midtown.

The breakfast was extremely limited and on our second day staff were slow to refill, empty shelves, and containers.

There was nothing I didn't like except for maybe the pillows on the bed. I like flatter pillows. I like feather pillows. My neck was pretty messed up after it

Everything was great about this place! It was clean. The pool was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was huge.

The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable. The facilities were brand new! We loved sitting outside on their huge patios! The room was so spacious and even had a supplied kitchen!

Compared to the Home2 in Boise that I needed to download an app for doing laundry, very annoying. Another app for nothing.

Breakfast surprised me. Don't normally eat hotel breakfast. Most have standard low-grade crap. Grabbed a couple things to actually have a nutritious snack.
