Your location was perfect for what we were doing.

Honestly I can't think of anything. I love that coffee and tea was available throughout the day and the breakfast menu was different everyday and every employee we came in contact with was friendly and helpful.

The front desk lady was so nice, she helped us the last time we stayed as well! Location is great and the public areas are very clean and well maintained.

This time I had my ESA dog with me and I feel like our room was not as nice as our previous room. The A/C wasn’t working properly and would turn on randomly and it sounded like something was wrong with the fan. Which I can deal with. My biggest dislike was my bed linens smelled like men’s cologne, like the sheets were not clean. The pillows were also different from our last stay very small and square? I understand having designated rooms for travelers with ESAs, but I still would hope to have fresh linens and hotel quality pillows.

Good: Nice facility, squeeky clean and comfortable. Pretty normal, serviceable breakfast selections. I’d stay here again.

-I wish hotels serving breakfast would learn to offer a peeler with the fresh oranges and make a knife available that cuts the apple. Muffins are too sweet, could we have unsweetened yogurt? -I know the hotel has no control over this, but the neighborhood is sketchy for pedestrians. People should be aware and alert when walking, especially after dark.

Very accessible location just off of I-90, fairly easy on and off. Location is well kept-up, room was clean, cool, and comfortable. Staff was warm and welcoming.

Breakfast buffet was good not great. Appears to have some cost pressures as there were limited options and the OJ dispenser seemed to be set a bit on the watery side.

The shuttle service was a real game changer for which hotel I picked, and Comfort Suites certainly delivered! I also greatly appreciated the hearty and varied breakfast that was provided. The room was spacious and comfortable and great for unwinding between conference time.The abundant hot water in the shower was a wonderful combatant against the frigid February weather.

If you're relying on walking for mobility, you'll do better if you're already in shape for before getting there. However, I enjoyed the exercise and the snowy landscape. This isn't necessarily the fault of the hotel, but if you're using a third-party booking service, be sure to contact the hotel directly in advance for shuttle services. Even if the third-party system says the hotel has been alerted, they usually haven't.

The gal at the front desk on the day we arrived was not very kind when we went to get our room changed to match what my reservation was. She had placed us in the wrong room and then proceeded to tell me that that was all they had and she couldn’t do anything for me. I suggested a discounted rate or something since this was not what I reserved. She pulled up my reservation and made a phone call and finally made the changes. They clearly had made a mistake but she never apologized for her rude attitude.

The location was quiet. The value and comfort was worth it. I love this hotel and the people at the front desk.

Check-out time until noon should be considered for those that don't get in until late and having to travel home the next day.

Great value, comfortable, clean. The fridge was actually cold. The sleeper sofa was actually clean.

The hair dryer bag was dusty, which means it wasn't checked, the fridge wasn't cleaned, since there was an apple left inside.

Loved the staff! Everyone was professional, helpful and kind. We felt very welcomed. The property was very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The swimming pool and hot tub were much needed after a long day of driving. For a hotel breakfast, we all enjoyed the options.
