Facilities were very nice and the staff was pleasant.

I stayed there on the 7th of July and forgot my shaving kit when I left. I called and they had found it. I asked if they would mail and they said only if I sent a prepaid box. Not even sure how I could do that. I then asked if they would keep it and I would pick it up on my way home but it might be a few weeks. They agreed to keep it for me so I felt I would get everything back including some medicine that was in the kit. On the day I returned I made a reservation there and would pick up my kit at that time. They could not find it and apparently it was just discarded. Very disappointed and took Microtel off my Motel list.

The place was convenient and quiet. The breakfast was good.

Well, my last-minute booking didn’t actually work with booking.com - it never came through on the hotel’s computer. So, the clerk entered it himself, which was fine. I feel like the price was high, but most places are these days. I wasn’t given any opportunity for a discount, such as AAA or senior discount. Also, apparently my car’s headlights stayed on all night - not sure why - but the clerk never alerted me to this until the next morning (and he knew it was my car). Luckily, I didn’t have a dead battery. It was weird, and I am not sure why the lights stayed on - probably my fault. But it would have been really nice if he’d let me know.

The front desk attendant was very friendly and personable while we checked in. Very friendly with directions around the hotel, such as our room, the pool. Everything looked, smelled, and felt clean.

While our bed was clean I would bet it's about time to flip or replace the mattress. We enjoyed the breakfast though would have liked a hot protein option like bacon, sausage or eggs. That being said we were there on a Monday morning so I don't know if that's an option later in the week when there are more guests.

Staff was friendly on the phone when I called the night before. Same guy checked me I'm the night of. Was very helpful. Was on the third floor room.was very clean and quiet all night. Housekeeping staff was just getting there when we left. Very polite and told us to have a good day when we where on are way out.

Pool.was a little chilli at first. And wish they had regular orange juice instead of the other stuff Over all 9 out of 10 keep it the good work..

The man who checked me in. I assume he's was the night manager, was very helpful and even et me borrow hos charger brick since my phone was dead and my charger broke. Very clean everywhere I looked, also my room was emaculate! The room was beautifully appointed, very comfortable bed and high quality, soft, clean bedding. I was very happy with my stay and will recommend to anyone staying in Bozeman.

The breakfast was not great, only basic contental. No eggs, bacon Or waffles.

Staff is always so friendly and helpful and they remember me. Very nice to have people try to make you feel at home. I love the window seats in the rooms. I love the light as well as the view of the mountains.

I really don't have anything I don't like about this hotel. If I was very picky I'd say the Carpets could use some deep cleaning but overall the rooms are clean and tidy.

clean, easy off the freeway. Hot tub looked nice, but did not use. Pool small, indoors. We had breakfast in town with a relative, so did not try the breakfast.

I paid for an upgrade/mountain room but the front desk did not have any record of that. So instead we had a parking lot view, and a freeway in the background. If that was the case, then I would have liked my upgrade money refunded. And we checked in right at 3 pm, but late in the evening.....Would appreciate from feedback from booking.com. Thank you.

Everything was fine but they didn't take cash. I had to walk to get a visa debit card that didn't work. The first day was chaotic. But we worked it out. It's a good location. Close to Bozeman airport

The first day was chaotic. They need a little more training in dealing with guests waiting to check in. Rooms are cleaned before 3pm check in. I am sure everyone is short on staff. Don't try to fix issues in front of guests waiting.

Breakfast was fine. Coffee was extraordinary! Your cleaning crew was great - friendly and accommodating. My husband and I stayed at Microtel years ago when we first came to Bozeman. We had a great stay. Ronnie and Robin are exceptional young women; if I still had active businesses I’d hire them away! Thanks for a great stay!

Overall great hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. However, pricewise, it was a lot, but all the hotels in the area were around the same price, so I don't think the hotel charged too much. I think it's the going rate at this time, unfortunately. But very nice place. Would stay again.
