The pool and the waterside as we had our 5 kids with us. It was quiet. The staff were really great. Gave us a later check out so the kids could get in some swim time before we got on the road.Room was huge. Plenty of room for the whole group even had room for the Playpen. Table and chairs. And a pull out couch. Other room wasn't as big but still pretty spacious. Even had a chair. Overall was a great one night stay with kiddos.

Our door leading to the outside didn't have a door handle on the inside so we had to walk around and open it from the outside if we wanted to bring things in and out of our room to our vehicle. Breakfast was just cereal toast yogurt or mini muffins anything warm would have been great. The homeless encampment made me uncomfortable with having children especially when I person saw multiple drug deals happen in a matter of a few minutes just across the street. Nothing you can do tho so not really bad on the hotel. Just a thing to look out for I guess. Only other thing was no hottub to relax in just the one pool.

Due to flight delays, we did not arrive til 3 am--and were met by a friendly desk clerk who was great! Then we slept past breakfast, and the morning staff helped us out with items that were still available. We stayed for 2 hours for the kids to swim, before continuing on our trip, which made us a bit late for checkout, and they were understanding. Brief, but very good stay.

Reno went above and beyond to provide me an accessible room. I had forgotten to list that need when I booked the room and would not have been able to manage the stairs. The bed was the most comfotable bed I have ever slept in, ever! Looking forward to the link to buy one just like it. Oh and the pool had a waterslide and the pool was immacualtely clean! If I could give it 20 stars I would! 😃

Our room was very nice and clean and large!!! I really liked it had an outside door so we just backed up to it, opened the door and rolled our luggage into the room and our car was right there during the night!!!

Breakfast only exist by name. Very poor selection compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip!!! We are at the McDonald's next door. This was the only hotel we had to eat breakfast somewhere else. Another downside is while it's only 2 floors it doesn't have an elevator or an easy way to get your luggage to a room on 2nd floor. Thankfully the clerk was able to switch is to a first floor room!!!!

The hotel was great, I have no complaints about our stay at the actual hotel.

My only dislike comes from the enormous homeless population that is next door. It does make you feel uneasy but at the same time, no one bothered us. We didn't have any problems at all and I took my dog out at multiple times, one time was 2 or 3 in the morning, and was never bothered.

Staff we great. They were really friendly. Facility was great. My nieces and son loved the water slide. Room was clean. Sheets were clean. Had a good amount of channels including several cartoon channels. The door connecting our room to the outside parking lot was nice. Made it easy loading the children into the room and all of our luggage. The soap smelled good along with the body wash provided. Towels to the pool were stocked nicely. The pool was exceptionally warm. Not freezing.

Breakfast was disappointing. Watery/soggy hash browns. The Bacon and sausage were all gone. Only other option(s) were waffles that are heavy on the stomach and not good for you and cereal. The breakfast really brings down the experience. Breakfast either makes or breaks a place. We had to buy breakfast elsewhere due to the lack of food. Other than that everything was perfect for my family. The motion light that starts the pool wasn’t/ isn’t working properly. It might need to be cleaned or replaced. The slide still worked but after walking past the motion sensor a few times.

The pool and slide were great. We don't typically make use of pools in motels, but the slide made it irresistible to the kids. They had a blast.

The staff was very unhelpful. We reserved a double Queen room for two adults and three kids (ages 14, 12, 10). We asked for an extra single mattress or even a blanket, to help with sleeping arrangements. The person at the front desk simply refused. This is the first time we have been refused an extra blanket.

Liked that the room had an entrance on the outside also, made it really easy to get our luggage in. The pool with a slide is awesome, my kids loved it thoroughly. Also appreciated having laundry facilities onsite, very helpful!

Wish it had a hot tub and the included breakfast needs to have some more updated options.

The location is great because it's near so many small shops and restaurants, The rooms are are more comfortable then other hotels we've tried in our price range. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast on the weekdays isn't much. We could only get cereal and coffee. There was a one basket that had sweet buns but nothing else. The weekends are a different story however.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was relatively basic (cereal, yogurt, pastries). Swimming pool with slide looked clean and fun.

No elevator, so if you are on the 2nd floor, be prepared to lug your baggage up stairs. Also, seemed to have several homeless people camped near the parking lot in tents.
