Booking.com completely screwed us over by not price matching the hotel fee. The kind woman at reception said it should have been the lower fee but unfortunately she couldn’t help me because I had used booking.com. I will never use your service again unless you please refund me the price difference. I have been a good customer as you will see if you look into my record. I never received a reply from my request of price matching as advertised on Booking.com. Greedy scoundrels. Please refund my $$

Everything was good. Only things that could have been better. The first night the heating system would go on and off all night. So we were cold then too hot then cold again and it was hard to sleep with the fan going on and off all night. Good breakfast selection both mornings we were there. Only three problems. My wife used milk on her oatmeal and it came out in chunks. Expired! I toasted a piece of bread and it only came out warm. Both days the food in the warming case was barely warm. Cold eggs, meat, and potatoes.

It’s brand new and very clean. The rooms are spacious and good for family.

The room was a little noisy due to street sounds and a loud AC unit. I also could hear loud footsteps from the room above at night. The staff at breakfast and check-in in the morning were friendly and pleasant, but the check-in lady at night was cold and unprofessional. When I asked her to clarify the room types for the keys I received since I booked two different types of rooms. She responded, “You don’t know what type of rooms you booked?”

I loved the full kitchen, including dishwasher, dishes, refrigerator, microwave, and separate sink.

The HVAC unit’s fan can not be turned off. It’s as loud as a vacuum cleaner. When it automatically came on during the night, the loud noise woke me up. It took several nights, before I could adjust and get a good night’s sleep.

Everything. Beautiful hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stay several weeks and we loved it.

The only thing I could say that may possibly need improving is the breakfast. While there is variety the food is generic and not very good. We mostly cooked for ourselves in our room.

Everything was great! Friendly staff, very clean room, good breakfast. I only stayed one night as I was passing through town, but would definitely stay here again. I absolutely loved the layout of the room!

Can't think of anything I didn't like

Breakfast was as good as the best other properties I have stayed at. If the eggs are real than usually the rest of the breakfast bar is good in my experience. These eggs were real.

Everyone was so incredibly kind and attentive! The facilites were excellent.. I didn't stay long enough to appreciate all that was offered. Thank you for a great stay (we were in 2 rooms, and would have needed only one.. So awesome)

Clean new facility and helpful staff

The AC in our room (301) could not keep up on a moderate May day. It ran all night but never cooled off to 68 degrees.

Good location, friendly staff.

For it being a new building, there were things in the room already falling apart but didn't effect our stay.
