1. The breakfast was superb. There were plenty of food choices that suited my taste as a Malaysian. 2. The staff was polite, helpful, and attentive. Greeted us with a smile and the check-in process was smooth. 3. Rental motorcycles are also available at a reasonable price. Only Rp. 80000 for 1 motorcycle for 1-day rent. 4. The WiFi connection was also good. 5. The room was spacious, comfy, and worth the price. 6. There are cafes and shops near to the hotel.

1. The room does not have a signal for the local TV channels since it is a Smart TV. But, you can always log in to your Netflix/YouTube/etc account to enjoy your stay. 2. The water in the toilet was a bit smelly but still can be used. No problem at all.

After reading some of the bad reviews was hesitating to book, but it turned out to be a really great hotel! Comfortable, clean, quiet (probably more so because we got a room at last floor). Staff was also very nice, I really appreciate how helpful they were with keeping my big luggage for few days before check in.

Water stopped running while I was taking a shower and had to wait few minutes for it to resume. No hot water - but Padang is so super hot that it's not a big deal. Atmosphere at breakfast in a small, crowded room, full of local tourists who not always can behave, get ready for pushing, not keeping the queue and lot of noise 😅

Extended my stay to a second night at Hotel Bhakti in Padang. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good wifi. Aircon cool. Bathroom good size. Parking for car onsite. Breakfast very nice. Off the main road, Mosque noise minimal. Nice cafe next door, Jiwani coffee, good food .

Water from shower is Luke warm, but reasonable pressure No toilet roll. I had spare. Towels clean but need replacing. Otherwise very relaxing stay

Very clean. Good large room. Bed was very comfortable. Good location. Staff despite not speaking much English were helpful. We used Google translate.

It would have benefitted from having a kettle in the room. Breakfast was Indonesian style or egg and bread. Maybe some cereal would be good.

Almost perfect accommodation for the traveller: very helping and nice staff, good (and quiet) location and perfect pricing. You should definitely stay here.

Of course, it's not the top-notch luxury hotel considering the price. It's a little shabby and has some minor inconveniences, but they are negligible when it comes to (yes, again) the price.

They should offer a cheaper price without breakfast We chose this place because of 30 hours travelling it looked like for the price we would have hot water, for the price of the room Indonesia I would expect them to have hot water for guests paying this price

The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the manager of the hotel. She gave me good hints concerning my onward travel or how to send a parcel. The room was well equiped, the bed comfortable. I had a window with a view. For breakfast there is mostly Indonesian local food, which was nice to taste. But you can have toasts and butter as well.

There were not so many restaurants nearby, unless you like McDonalds and KFC.

Nice place for a couple of nights in Padang. Close to few places where to eat. They offer pay laundry service. The staff is very helpful and nice. The room is big and clean. WiFi works good There's a tv in the room with Netflix and smart tv access.

Breakfast was simple but adequate to keep us going until lunchtime. The location is quite good, close to restaurants and public transport. We like this place so much that we have extended it by three more days.

For the price we paid, we have no complaints.
