Excellent breakfast buffet - the best we've had in travelling India. It was a very comfortable stay and appreciated the small touches - e.g. extra water the 2nd day when housekeeping realised we'd used all the water provided previous, rose petals on bed. Good facilities - exercise centre, pool/table tennis in kids room.

The room didn't appear fully made up on our first night - missing face towels and comb in bathroom. Make sure you check your Booking.com discount is applied - it hadn't been added when we went to check-out so needed to ask for it to be added. Limited reception support - only two people on which leads to queuing around check in and check out times.

Nice hotel, very comfortable beds, friendly and professional staff (special mention to Sajeb at the front desk, thank you Sajeb!), great variety of food options which was convenient for our different tastes.

This is a 4 star level hotel, not 5. We stayed in a Marriott in Jaipur which was a proper 5 star hotel, so the Agra one needs to be upgraded to be a real 5, or reflect the 4 stars in the price. It was still nice and comfortable, just not 5 stars like their Jaipur counterpart.

-I saw two altercations amongst staff members during my stay. 1. At the time of breakfast between the cooks and chefs at a volume that could have been avoided 2. After breakfast, returning to my room i found housekeeping team arguing at loud voice after a scuffle. I was not directly affected but would have liked that it didn't spoil the ambience of the hotel. -Tea and coffee are cold by the time they reach your table. Need to upgrade on the machines. -Please take note that there is no sleeping room for the drivers [so drivers have to sleep in cold in cars]. Only a wash room and blankets are provided if the driver submits an ID.

The staff was very friendly and made an effort to engage us in conversation- they seemed genuinely interested to chat with us about our travels and visit as well as where we were visiting from. The hotel room was well equipped, we liked the universal plugs beside the beds. The game room for the kids was appreciate and we enjoyed some time with our children playing.

We didn't like that there was an outside vendor selling magic trick goods and a puppet show vendor every night on the was to the elevator. I expected the hotel to be a sanctuary from the constant harassment for tips and buying goods. It was annoying and cheapened the experience of a nice hotel. The game room needed to have its supplies maintained better; the foosball table needed a nut on one of the players so it could be spun, the seesaw was bent and the pockets of the billiards table were coming off, etc USB bedside plug chargers would have been appreciated. The room carpet needs a deep machine cleaning, and the upholstery side chair was dirt on the arm rests.

Friendly and attentive staff, impeccable rooms - they were completely free of insects which can be challenging in India, spacious size with lots of storage/table space, comfy beds and beautiful bathroom. Lively pool area and high security hotel compound. Very comprehensive breakfast in a stylish restaurant

The gym didn’t have towels. At the buffet breakfast, some standard options like pancakes and Lassi were not available. Metal detector and bag scan at the entry every time becomes a little tiresome but I guess it is necessary. Not much to do or see immediately outside the hotel

Excellent location. Staff were exceptional all throughout the hotel. The breakfast each morning was a highlight, especially the Indian offerings. We loved the option of hiring a driver for a certain amount of time who waits at each location for you. We felt very safe doing this. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The only downside was the aircon in the room. It was set to a minimum of 20 each night but it never went lower than 23. So we were extremely hot each night. So hopefully this is rectified for other guests. As 18 to 19 degrees is optimal for sleeping. Also the music everywhere was a touch too loud.

The room was like a standard Marriott you would get here in the States. The room and facilities were great, the breakfast buffet was terrific, and the staff was great and helpful. It was a prime location from the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. The buffet and restaurant give it such a higher ranking. Without it, I would probably put it closer to a 6.

The internet was dodgy, but it could be because of the wedding events during our stay. We had a larger van/bus for travel, and the site did not have local parking to accommodate. Pricing for the room was quite high, for what felt like a normal USA Marriott. The lack of ice in drinks was weird, but they were able to provide more ice once asked.

The food, the pool, the courteous staff were the highlight of our visit. The Agra tour they offered was worth it and not scammy. I recommend this place for the day or two you need to see the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. It is much better than some of the budget hotels in the city. The staff can speak in English and there were a ton of other foreign guests there as well.

The water in the shower was weird. It would take a long time to turn hot, and it was also not hot for very long after. There were some voltage fluctuation issues as well throughout our stay. There were smoke director issues as well, but I am guessing that was related to the high AQI of the outside air.

Spacious hotel , right in the heart of Agra, great location. Good breakfast with plenty of options, staff from the breakfast restaurant very friendly and attentive. Lovely experience and ambiance at the Anise Restaurant, Mr. Dheerender and all the staff from the restaurant made our dinner memorable. The Chef from Anise was so attentive with our spiciness preferences and our requests. The whole service was 10 out of 10. We also enjoyed our In Room Dining Service, plenty of options, generous portions and very tasty.

Reception staff should be more welcoming and friendly.

I went to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday with her to Taj Mahal and booked Marriott in Agra. They provided a birthday cake for her. The buffet at the restaurant in morning was simply amazing. The chefs were very very nice. Pastry chef Mr Sardar brought me dahi Jalebi on the table and It was amazing. Such great food. Amazing hospitality. Luggage was assisted by Mr Asif, very nice and kind person. Mr Mirza in the breakfast was very helpful and keeping on top of your needs at the table even though the breakfast is self serve. The main chef Mr Vikram was very sweet and knowledgeable. I was so impressed with the staff and the tasty food, it made my trip.

Everything was great! Prompt staff.
