The property is managed and servised by lovely, kind, helpful and amazing manager and staff. They always make sure you are satisfied, if not, they do all they can to make you happy. that happend with us as well. we weren’t satisfied with the first room and we’ve got a proper one, even on a higher level than booked and paid. there is a lovely nice small sandy beach in a 4-5 minutes walk maybe even less. the food was variable, fresh, nice, you always find something for you. lots of fresh fruits, salads, tzaziki is just amazing! always cakes and sweets incl. icecream all day long. Drinks- alko/coctails aren’t probably the best but I didn’t go there to get drunk. coffee nice, tea, sodas… all ok.

moskytos :D but we killed them all, closed the door, windows and used this electrical thing to eliminate them to come inside. some bathrooms aren’t yet renovated, but we didn’t like it, asked about it and they were able to accompdate us elsewhere. 🙏🏻❤️

All inclusive service was great, it was kinda international food in 60%, other 40% was a variety of different foods. Pool was great, with a little bit cold water, but clean and nice. Cocktails were good, staff was really friendly and kind people. We got clean towels when we asked, everything was perfect. There were great restaurants nearby, city centre and beaches are very close to this hotel. There were enough free parking space for everyone. Cats were all around, we loved them : )

Bathroom could be renovated a little bit, but it was good enough for us.

It is nice and clean. Food was good also.

In the 7 days we stayed there, we only had WiFi for a total of 1/2 days. Always telling us they will fix it. All inclusive drinks were not that great, and none of the cocktails were nonalcoholic. There is only one toilet near the pool, and it doesn't even lock the door for both females and males. There were not enough sunbeds near the pool as people were putting the towels before breakfast to keep them, and they leave for outings and only came back late afternoon. There are lots of small things that need maintenance to make it more enjoyable.

Food was amazing, and so much choice, the staff in the restaurant were lovly and went out of their way to help. Our arrival was very late and after we checked in were brought to the restaurant for snacks. Such a nice touch after a long day traveling. The internet was reliable, the pool area was Lovly, no problem getting a sunbed. Can’t wait to return..

After we ate we went to our room and unpacked, the electricity went so we had to change rooms, It was a minor problem and easily resolved

Everything was really good, the food varied a little from day to day and was decent options of vegetarian dishes as well. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and beaches close by(short walking distance). Pool is decent size, we went a little out of season and never had a problem getting a sunbed. Staff was super nice, make an effort to say hello ask how you are when passing by etc. They'll provide beach towels, but you can only change them a set amount of times based on how long youre staying. The housekeepers were nice and respectful as well.

The all inclusive drinks even tho poured by the bartender in front of you and looked like double shots in each, were still very weak, so assuming the alcohol is premixed with water in the spirit bottles already, but there's no limit on how often you can go back for more :D. Also it says on booking theres currency exchange at the hotel, but when I asked at the reception they didn't know what I was talking about, so you're best to just sort that on the airport if you want to have some cash, although everywhere in the area was fine to pay with card.

Great quiet location. Very close walking distance to all the beaches, restaurants, and super markets in Sidari. The food was great, very fresh and very good variety even for vegetarians. Hard to beat this price for half board or all inclusive. The staff is very nice and professional. Bed was very comfortable. Room is cozy and balcony and bathroom are a good size.

Everything is really nice and fully renovated except the AC which is probably 20 or 30 years old. Luckily it was well maintained and is the best brand (Carrier) in the world so it was not very loud and was still fairly comforable for a system that old. The door from the balcony is also old and we could hear constant knocking and banging when there was wind. The WiFi is very fast (150+ mbps) and extremely unreliable. There was no WiFi anywhere at the hotel for the last two days which is kind of unacceptable for a hotel of this size. The other days we stayed it was always very difficult to have a stable and reliable connection.

The value for money is outstanding. We had a spacious room with a beautiful balcony. The swimming pool was amazing The breakfast was the best we have had so far with a huge variety at the buffet to choose from a d good quality. There is a small parking spot for bikes on the permises. The staff was very very kind and attentive.

The bathroom was clean but the wooden window next to the shower had a moldy smell. Keeping it open helped but it wasn't very pleasant.

We got one of the renovated rooms and it was good and comfy. The food was absolutely amazing and great variety, even for vegetarians. Also very friendly staff. The location is a good starting point to some of the best parts of the island.

The bathroom was old and could be cleaned better. The pool water turned kind of green and foggy after 4 days.

Poor wifi The city tax was charged even though this was already paid through Booking, After we argue they give us the money back. The same breakfast selection every morning. No air conditioning in restaurant, you have to eat at 40 degrees C, outside all the tables are in the sun, no umbrellas available
