The people that run this hotel are EXTREMELY helpful! The hotel is situated in a less touristic area. Beacause of that, it was not so easy for me to find a taxi. No problem: the staff helped me patiently by arranging a taxi themselves via messages on forehand. When on the evenening of my arrival, it was raining, I wasn't in the possibility to find a restaurant between the station and the hotel. The very friendly staff member at the front desk was so kind to offer me some food she bought at the local market to come trough her night shift. Such fantastic people and a what a nice place to stay :-)

The information on Booking.com is totally wrong and misleading. It shows the resort is near Khao Yai national park although its 65 km Away. The photos of the swimming pool is trying to show a,huge swimming pool while the actual swimming pool is very small

Room very clear and clean also in the bathroom is very clean. The car park is next to the room, it's so convenient to take our stuff to the room. Cafe is nice and open in early morning 7.00am. I will be back soon. Recommend!

We were traveling with our dog and booked an executive suite so my dog could enjoy a bit of extra space. The room was nice and beautiful, and the staff was very helpful. The owner, Ms. Yamada, speaks fluent Japanese, which is my mother tongue. Overall, it was a positive experience and stay.

Check-in process was a bit hectic but maybe because we changed check-in date.

Clean and quiet room... a bit at rural place. Nice Cafe Blue Bell by the owner, can have good cuppa of coffee and desserts. Got family attached chalets and allow to upgrade with min fee

Nothing much to do at night near the hotel, all dining area also close earlier.

Everything is very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The cafe was fantastic. I had Prawn Congee, American breakfast and a mixed berry smoothie. Total bill was around 300baht, so very good value, 👍 👌

We liked the quietness of our room, delicious food. Great location, the bonus was to see the fire flies on 2 nights, a magical experience. Will visit again when in the area.

Great environment, nice staff, good parking, little cute garden and swimming pool is clean ! I like you have different types of plants in the garden. And also you have a very nice and cute coffee shop next to your property, really enjoy there ! I'll come back again in the future !

Nothing

The coffee shop is excellent. The design of the building and decorations are good looking. The tables are well arranged and the seating is comfortable. The food and drinks menu is limited, but what they have are good quality.

The driveway and parking space for each room are too small for big cars. I had to drive back and forth a few times before the car could get in or out of the parking. Trees are nice, but some are also obstructions.

stayed here 2 times now as on way home from travelling so nice place to make a pit stop. bedroom and living room with small kitchen. small pool on property also but never used yet but looks nice. helpful staff when needed. seems a nice town where resort is located.

no TV in bedroom. plugs are in weird places throughout property, none next to bed for example. sofa in living room was other side of room from TV so makes it kind of hard to watch it, there was dining table and chairs in front of tv… maybe sofa and dining table should change places.
