We checked in around 10pm and checked out around 7.30am. The receptionist was polite and helpful. Though we had language barrier, we did understand a few. The room we booked doesnt come with breakfast, but we were offered to have breakfast in the morning. So, some of us took 4 bananas and I planned to pay upon check out, but forgot to mention. So, I called the apartment to make an online transfer, but she politely said it is a complimentary from them. Thank you. If it is not because of lengthy check in process and the elevator, I would definitely give the apartment an excellent status.

We checked in around 10pm and it was quite a trouble to be checked in. I talked on the phone with a lady (number given by booking.com) before arriving and after we arrived but still could not get everything done. It took around 30min (talking on the phone with the lady, passing the phone to the receptionist, receptionist passing the phone to our Thai speaking driver and finally to another lady looked like to be one of their staff) before I get all 3rooms keys We stayed on the 3rd floor. It would be good if they have an elevator. The receptionist lady offered to take all of our luggage to our rooms. However, we only let her take 1 luggage upstairs because it would be too much burden for her.

Nice rustic surrounding. Very clean and decent place to stay.
