The rooms are a good size, my wife found the bed to be on the hard side, but I liked it, two pillows each, soft & hard. The location was great for our needs, and there is plenty to eat outside of the hotel. Also, it feels safe to park your car overnight, unlike some places, I had two bicycles on the roof of my car and I didn't feel like I needed to be concerned about them. I didn't have a chance to try the breakfast because I left the hotel at 6 am for an event.

The sound in the hallway echoes pretty loud, unfortunately. Something needs to be done with the acoustics, suggest to use dampening and deadening materials to cut reduce the noise.

Although we got a big bathroom ... the floor was flooding when we took a shower ! The reason was that there was no curtain or screen on the shower / bath. A very complicated TV ( Smart TV ) connected to a 📺 TV box. Very frustrating 😕

Room is clean except the ceiling, theres spider web. Would be nice if there is hair dryer provide at this room rate.

Noise. I was enjoy my peaceful sleep but suddenly there was very loud noise of other guests outside my door. Kids running and crying 😭 house keeping staff was loud too.

Good and clean hotel. Looked like it was well renovated. Beds were comfy. A/C worked well. Hot water worked well. Spacious bathroom. It was serene at night so you can sleep peacefully.

I paid everything in advance by credit card but the staff still asked me to pay. It was a misunderstanding. But maybe you can put some more attention on this.

This hotel has a really good choice for breakfast and plenty of it. You could have omelette (there were various kinds), there was soup ( Thai porridge ( khao tom ), egg fried rice, boiled rice, a variety of other Thai dishes to eat with the boiled rice, eggs, sausage , toast, jam, marmalade and fresh salad. Plenty of tea, coffee, orange juice and fresh cold water.

There were no many options for the breakfast. Maybe its better to have eggs and sausages in the morning and they are also kids-friendly.

The staff are very good and kind and welcoming. Very polite and takes very good care of their customers. The hotel is in a very go location and very clean and good car park

Everything there was perfect

everything very good, but maybe breakfast could be better for europian, but for 10 bath you can buy eggs and this was good for me. good coffee bar and restaurant nearby.

Everything was in good other and very good and lovely staff welcoming and ready to help you at anytime you need them
