Ibis Chihuahua meets the same standards as Ibis hotels in Europe. After some bad experiences with hotels across Mexico, I decided to try Ibis for the first time, and it was a great choice. I found the comfort and standards slightly higher than the average hotel in Mexico. The room was quiet, with no noise from the lobby or neighboring rooms — a common issue in older Mexican buildings. The WiFi was strong when it worked, although there were a couple of hours of downtime. I didn't use the restaurant or other facilities, but the room was comfortable and exactly as described. There’s also a small courtyard with shopping centers right in front of the hotel.

The hotel is about a mile from the city center, with not much to see in between. While the WiFi downtime was a bit annoying, it wasn’t a major issue overall.

The atmospehere is quiet and cosy, views are nice and value for the paid price was excellent. Breakfast is very good, I came from a 4-star hotel in the same city and was much more worse: you have fresh products (fruit was very good), healthy items and enough variety.

There is no gym and shower could be a bit bigger.

Breakfast was ok. Bit of a walk into town but not too bad. They couldn’t get the Netflix to work on the tv and the wifi was very average( not really an issue for us) The manager and staff in the restaurant need a few lessons on customer service, but for the money, it was ok

You can make the reservation with a credit card and pay for the stay in cash making it convenient so that way if your traveling from the United States you don't get charged a foreign transaction fee on your credit card. I did pay in pesos not dollars since it's better at least for me.

The window on the 3rd floor in the hall was broken and cold air would come thru the broken window and my room was next to it.

The place was clean and well maintained and lighted , the staff very helpful and friendly, and the price was very reasonable, and the location very good close to downtown, we will stay there again next time

It was convenient with a great variety of breakfast options.

I went down for breakfast around 10:00 and I found the food to be dry which was the scrambled eggs and the bread for the toast and a pastry which was a small muffin but also dry.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful which makes up for the few negative aspects. Everything was clean and the beds (although small) were comfortable.

The rooms are very small. There aren't many outlets for plugging in devices. We needed 2 rooms that sleep 3 but there are only one quadruple room on each floor, so our family was separated on different floors

Ibis is consistently reliable with clean modern rooms at a good price. It's my go to chain in Mexico.

Breakfast was mediocre but the dining room staff was nice. It was eleven dollars too.. the Ibis breakfasts in Europe have great variety and expresso machines. This one wasn't very appealing

Location for local shops

Great little hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Even though it’s in the downtown area it was very quiet. Great pricing too, the hotel actually exceeded my expectations.

Everything was good, no complaints actually.
