The hotel is small hotel, quiet and relaxing. The rooms are close to the pool, no need to walk long distance to get there. Since it’s a small hotel the numbers of quests are little which makes it relaxing by the pool. The bar is nice. I suggest to either take the room by the pool or the penthouse as I think they are they are the best. We took the penthouse as we were scared to take the room with a pool because of our two year old child. The penthouse was lovely , has a nice terrace with a big Jacuzzi the was functioning properly. The hotel is a walking 5-10 min distance to the pubs, restaurants and beach but yet not noisy. Most importantly, it has a kids pool that is very convenient close to sun beds and big pool so your child will be swimming right infront of you safely.

The breakfast is kind of boring, it’s not a buffet, and everyday you have the same thing either omelette or cheese platter! The breakfast must be improved I think.

This hotel is wow 😍 I would love to stay there again and again! The hotel is not that big, but very cost and comfortable. Tue best part that it’s ver aesthetic 😍 it has a beautiful restaurant and great swimming pool. It has a great views to the mountains and forests. It is located right 10 minutes away from the beach and from the central touristic street. The hotel room is very comfortable. Every room has its balcony with the swimming pool view. Everything new and clean. The staff is very welcoming. It’s evident that everything detail in this hotel is made with love and care ❤️ It was the case when the reality was the way better than the photos at the website or instagram 🤗

That boutique it was the best I ever stayed in! Everything was excellent! The most wonderful think it was the pool : very practical and beautiful! Just getting out of the room and swimming to the bar it was something to dream of. The room very nice ,2 sinks in the bathroom . The food and cocktails ( even if sometimes i had to wait a good while for them) were very tasty! Staff was very friendly, polite and accommodating! I can t thank enough for the room given to us on early arrival (6 am) and complimentary breakfast! All the place was very clean and quite. A couple of minutes walk to the main street with shops/restaurant! And 15 minutes walk to the beach! I also liked very much we found every day clean towels on sunbeds!

Everything was perfect! A little think to mention is that every morning at 4am I was waked up by the sound of the mosque but this didn't depend of hotel .

This is a beautiful family run hotel. It's so pretty and away from the noise of the strip. The staff are very good and it's very clean. Lovely pool etc so perfect for families with young children. Breakfast is very good too. I would really love to come back.👍

The only down side was the very loud hip hop music played by the younger bar staff every day, in the afternoon. It was truly awful, I did ask them to turn it down . It drove me out of the pool. Such a shame, as its such a tranquil, calm hotel.

The personnel is very kind and attentive. The premises are really beautiful, the pool is clean, bartender is skilled, breakfast is simple but delicious (especially the omelettes), we enjoyed our room terrace (you have sunbeds, Jacuzzi and beautiful plants just for you). Our baby boy enjoyed the hotel very much because of the staff attentiveness, delicious breakfast, beautiful pool and Lora the dog :) they have babycots which was also a big plus for us. We also tried in the evenings many stuff from their a la carte menu and everything was delicious. In our room, I especially liked the couch by the window.

The bathroom lacks intimacy, it is a good thing that the shower and the toilette are in different rooms, but the doors are improper, they only obstructs the view through some wooden slats, they don't isolate the noise, the light or the smell (there are no fans), which is problematic if someone needs to use the bathroom at night, when the rest of the family is sleeping. It was not a big fuss for us, but still a proper door would be more suitable.

A wonderful hotel. The staff were so welcoming, happy and would do anything for you. The swim up room we had was brilliant, clean, really spacious and comfortable beds. The pool was beautiful. The breakfast was good and if you buy lunch or dinner at the hotel then the food is really good and reasonably priced. Location of the hotel was great, it was quiet and calm but not to far to walk to for the main strip or beach. I would highly recommend this hotel

Great swimming pool, stylish interior, rooms were quiet clean. For breakfast you could order eggs/omelet/different sandwiches/turkish or english breakfast. Cocktails that we tried were great. We stopped at penthouse with a lovely balcony where you could have a rest with a glass of rose. Capsule coffee-machine is a little but very pleasant details. And such a cute dog lives in this hotel!

We waited long time for remote control from the air conditioner. And frankly speaking the bathroom construction wasn't convenient for me, but I admit it looks very stylish though :) Also the price was pretty high, but it is the feature of this region (not the hotel's will).

Very nice hotel, full of local characteristics, great views, friendly and optimistic staff, provide a rich choice of breakfast. The room is spacious and you can easily open 2 large suitcases. The direct access to the pool is very attractive.

What was a little strange for us was that quilts were not provided at the beginning, including our fellow's room. The quilts provided later also did not have quilt covers, which had a certain impact on comfort, perhaps it was a local characteristic? All in all, everything else is fine.

The hotel is clean and centrally located. It is not too far from the beach. Room was spacious and had a lovely bathroom. Pool had a very convenient access from the room.

The breakfast is useless. We only had it for one day then skipped it on the other because it was not very nice with very limited options. The staff are not very friendly. One of the staff was trying to convince us that the americano is the same as Turkish coffee. They are not very well prepared for infants they only have two baby chairs and very limited number of baby cots. They would tell you they do not have any available of those if another guest is using them.

Enjoyed every moment of our stay in La boutique Maya. Exceeded my expectations. Very green, calm nice and friendly atmosphere. Fantastic landscape, very close to main beach though far enough from all the noise. Loved design and garden as well as swimming pool. Rooms are spasious, clean and have everything you may need. Overall 10 out of 10. Same like you see on photos Highly recommended
