The whole experience - top to bottom - was perfect. First, they were very responsive in English before arrival. We changed our arrival time 4 times and they had no problem. We arrived at 22:30 and everything was ready for us. The check-in was quick and perfect. The room was ready with beds ready for our children and a tiny gummy bear bag on the pillow for the kids. The room was very clean. The breakfast was fantastic both for us and the kids (make your own waffle!). Checkout was seamless - just dropped the key and left. Would highly recommend!

A lovely overnight stop with comfortable bed, great shower and plenty of space. Kind, friendly staff and a great breakfast! Nice to have the option for beer, wine and nibbles in the hall. Very cosy and warm on a very cold night. Thank you!

Our 'garden view' was a little underwhelming and 1eur. for additional coffee capsules rather 'steep'. The cutlery and cookware was sparse in the kitchenette. We weren't planning to cook but if there is a fridge, hob and sink to use it really should be equipped accordingly.

We traveled all over Europe (France, Belgium, Holland, Germany about 4000 km) and this accommodation was absolutely TOP. TOP rooms with perfect equipment, entrance to the garden with seating, absolutely perfect breakfast with an incredibly wide range of everything. In the evening, a pleasant stay in a restaurant with a good beer with great and friendly service. And all this for standard German prices.

Really friendly staff, especially the hard-working waitress at breakfast. Loved the varied breakfast and seating options (inside or outside - lots of choice) Our room was fantastic: very comfortable and clean, everything we needed: hairdryer, fan, great shower, lots of towels. Fairly quiet. Communication before we arrived was efficient. We had requested a sofa bed made up for our son. They replied immediately to say that would be no problem, and we arrived to a perfectly made-up bed.

Nothing really. It ticked all the boxes. Although mattresses a little on the firm side.

What a delight to stay in this beautiful hotel. The staff are very helpful and the environment very relaxed. A perfect location between Buckeburg and Minden betwixt the woods just across the road. My room was very spacious clean and comfortable. The breakfast is absolutely fabulous.

Outstanding on every level, there wasn't anything I didn't like.

Nice and tidy hotel with nice landscape. Very good food. Good breakfast. Easy to park and to charge an electrical vehicle if available (single charger).

Not much issues because it is good place. Only issue is in the morning breakfast: Waffle iron black burned with oil, which service didn't want to cleanup. Could be more EV chargers in place, at least household plugs would be sufficient for EV charging.

Rented room for two nights in early September 2022. Excellent lodging facilities at a reasonable price. Room was large and modern and had a stove and refrigerator along with cooking and eating utensils. Bed was large and comfortable. Very large bathroom with shower. Everything was exceptionally clean. Complimentary breakfast offered a wide selection of items. Restaurant had a varied menu and was reasonably priced. There was both indoor and outdoor seating. Given the price and quality of the food the restaurant is definitely worth visiting. We ate both our evening meals there outside, enjoying the beautiful weather during our stay. Try the local Barre beer. Both the owners and staff speak English.

What a lovely location, set just off the woods between the outskirts of Buckeburg and Minden. The room was modern and spacious, Impeccably clean and the bed beautifully comfortable. The young ladyies on reception were really helpful. Breakfast was superb.

Very friendly and helpfull staff, big, comfortable room with balcony. Big plus for reasonable check in and check out times, so important on holidays. Unfortunately many hotels set extremly short times!

Bed Mattress was on the thin size with only one pillow (two large pillows would be better).
