I originally booked a different hotel in the Haidian area but I was informed when I arrived that it was not for foreigners (a "minsu.") So I booked this hotel at the last minute. Overall I think it was okay. The room was pretty spacious and then bed was quite large and comfortable. Ceiling was also quite high. Did not have a chance to check out the amenities or the breakfast. In terms of location, it is about a 13-15 minute walk to Wukesong station. Ideally it would be a bit closer to the station for convenience but I guess most hotel guests would be taking Didi.

The room is clean and spacious with well décor. The pillow and bed are comfortable. All staff are very friendly. Good location close to public transport and eateries. There are swimming pool and gym facilities which are particularly important when one cannot go out exercise during cold weather.

The weekday lunch buffet was not worth for value. Limited variety and no high end food at the price of $168 per person. They did not refill the food unless you asked them. Disappointing.

The reception staff speaks English. The room is clean and quiet. There are good breakfasts on the second floor, including European dishes (for an additional fee of about 10 euros). The most important thing: they accept Visa and MasterCard.

Along with the payment for the room, a deposit (about 150 euros) is taken from the card, which is then returned to the card. Keep this in mind if you have limited funds. The staff at breakfast could not figure out the payment by card for a long time.

The hotel is beautiful and is being newly renovated. It looks more like a high end hotel than a Holiday Inn. The staff are helpful and wonderful. The daily breakfast buffet was delightful and the hotel and rooms were well decorated and clean. For families, there's a pharmacy, grocer, and several dining options nearby. And you're not far from an MRT station.

The AC wasn't as cool as it should be, the room was warmer than I would like. And the beds were smaller than standard sized beds.

The TV in our room was disappointing sometimes as the sound volume can be quite random, bit of loud one moment and then lowered down all of a sudden, and then jumped back up.

The front desk did not understand any English even though it says online that they do speak English. Using translation apps is good as long as it’s understandable. Since many tourist groups come to this hotel, we each should be encouraged to learn the basics in English and Mandarin.

This was my first trip to Beijing with my partner The holiday in was excellent. The service and rooms were perfect The room was cleaned everyday to a very high standard. The staff were very kind

The pillows and the bed are very comfortable. You could choose two type of thickness for the pillow. The windows are made of double layer glass, so you won't fill very warm from the inside of the window even when outside is 40 degree Celsius. It is also very efficient for isolating the noise from the street. The curtains could block 99% of the light from outside, which is perfect for people need dark environment to fall asleep.

Comfortable room with en-suite shower room. Realistically priced.

Location not good for tourism: long taxi ride or long walk to the Metro, then a long journey to the city centre.

Breakfasts were very nice. A lot of varieties. It provides both east & west food. Room service staff was so friendly and efficient.

The heater was not controlled by the guests. Too hot at night. I could not feel in sleep as normal. No lid for toilet basket.
