1. Rooms photos do not show the reality. We booked a room and than we need to pay extra to have a better room as on the photos. 2. Be careful when book the room, as the hotel has 2 buildings - the old one “Rezidenze” and the new one. the old one is renovated building of Soviet-time pansion. 3. On reception the manger was not very polite - first we were waiting 40 minutes, so she can find our reservation. Than she gave us the room on the first floor with small window to the ground, telling that “you will have the best view”. I did not understand this joke and attitude to us.

I have to say from the time we walked in we where greeted by Mateusz really nice guy to be honest 5 stars for him showed us the room great local knowledge showed us all stuff in the room where dinner and breakfast was to served even asked did we need anything else for the room swimming pools Spa rooms really really nice Hotel very pleasant Staff all round well done Mateusz is really friendly and has plenty of local knowledge so don't be shy and ask :):):):)

Stunning location and grounds. Great choice for breakfast and amazing dinner. We stayed in the residence, the scooters to travel from one side to the other via the tunnel is a great idea. Very clean.

The main hotel is much newer and nicer than the residence.

When You boob from booking, You get room in Residence building, which is in distance from main building. This morning in reception they ask to pay for drinks from minibar, but we dont use minibar! After room cleaning we have only 3 towels from 5. I stay in this hotel every year, but this year was worst.

Nice view, different sport activities available during summer and winter. Excellent place for families with kids

Cafe staff was extremely slow: we were waiting for ~1 hour to take drinks. Carpatia Restaurant staff is also not so fast as is could be. Korchma cousine is not on such level as in other restaurants.

amazing views and facilities for a family with children or couples, high quality of food in restaurants and great breakfast. the area is truly beautiful. great pool area

towels! come on cutting corners on rubbish towels! also the pool area isn’t anti slippery so really dangerous. i had to hold my sons hand when walking around but he still slipped few times. i saw adults also slipping like on the ice rink

This place has been on my bucket list for at least 20 years, sole reason being its history. Formerly super-secret “special facility W-2 “ it was available only to People Army’s top brass. The hotel was not shown on civilian maps, and questions about its presence were not encouraged. Most notable guests include Brezniew, Tito, Gromyko- all fond of hunting which local area is famed for.Lech Walesa spend some time here in captivity in 1981.Make sure you book in “Rezydencja” building- original military built hotel. Modern addition is massive, overwhelming and certainly not my cup of tea, though architecture works quite well with the surroundings. On site gun range with extremely professional instructors is worth a try. Sadly proper “Arlamow “ restaurant( top notch kitchen )works weekends only, on weekdays you’re relegated to a place in main building- adequate would be my assessment

Very strict as far as check-in time. 1600 here means exactly that, no chance to get to your room earlier. “Karpatia” restaurant in main building is just a cordoned out part of a buffet

Initially only two beds rooms where available and I was placed on the residence that would take me about 4- 6 minutes to get from my room to reception. The residence feels like a soviet era hotel, whilst the new build is of the likings of any modern European hotel. Once I was moved to the main building, the view was amazing, with dears and mountains. Very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast possibly the best I ever had. Managed to visit the SPA when I was off the clock, and lives up to the reputation.

Initial room that was given was very dated, the view was acceptable but not of a 4 star hotel, the location is about 44minutes to Rzeszow and Przemylsl so quite far away. Was only given a single bed, but had to pay the room for 2 adults has that was the only availability.
