Great location with Tin Hau metro just across the road - this line goes through Central where you change for the Airport express. Lots of local buses outside including one that stops near the Peak Tram terminus. Dozens of restaurants, small shops and a shopping mall are within walking distance, as is Victoria Park. You can walk along the waterfront to catch the Star Ferry to Kowloon. The room was very comforable and spacious. We were upgraded to a higher level so had a nice view. It was rainy so we didn't use the rooftop pool but it was spectacular up there. We had a late flight so the hotel kept our bags after checkout, and we were able to change and refresh in the pool changing area.

Everything was good. Note that the shower was over the bathtub so it might not be good for anyone with mobility issues. No problem for us.

The hotel staff are nice (had a good experience with the housekeeper as she offered to make up my room although I told her there was no need to).

There was not much shopping or food around the area. So guests will definitely have to travel out of the area via train/bus/private transport.

Nice hotel in a good area of Hong Kong, close to many restaurants, room was a good size, bed was very comfortable, shower was very good, would stay again

Shame there's no breakfast service available in the hotel, we had a condensation problem in the room due to the humidity, after the incident the staff advised when we leave the room to leave the air con on full blast around 25 degrees, we had it on at 25 degrees but on a lower speed, maybe a sign in the room stating this would help, the staff offered us to change room which we did, this was very much appreciated

The room was spacey. Big enough to open two suitcases and still be able to move around. Unusual for asian region :) Loved the idea of having a cooler in the passage. Very convinient, didn't have to worry about water supply. The AC was also nice and almost quiet. We booked a room on 21+ floor and got one according to our reservation. We arrived early (about 1 p.m.) but didn't have to wait to check in, wich was a pleasent surprise for us. Subway in 3 minutes walk (Tin Hau station). More peaceful and quiet than Causeway Bay/Wan Chai, but still very close to cener of island Hong Kong.

Audibility between rooms is still too high. If your neighbour is taking a shower or drying their hair you'll hear it without a doubt.

The MTR (subway), bus, and tram stops are right in front the hotel. Victoria Park is across the road and there are dozens of restaurants and shops within blocks. We had a very pleasant two-week stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Good quality amenities in the bathroom and reusable bottles you can fill from the hot/cold water dispenser in the hall. Ample closet space with an electronic safe. Hairdryer is tucked into a drawer in the vanity area. Very handy if you are sharing the room. Housekeeping does a terrific job. Let the housekeepers do their work daily. It's much easier for them to help you keep tidy each day than to have a big cleaning job when you check out. (BTW, be nice and tip at least $50 HK daily. The staff rotates so a different person could be there from one day to the next.) The staff is unfailing courteous and helpful. We rarely had to ask for anything but any request is met promptly.

Nothing! Well appointed rooms and thoughtful touches throughout. A few more hanging hooks in the bathroom would be nice.

Superb location - Tin Hau MTR station, mini bus station and tram stop are RIGHT opposite the hotel across the road. Bus station with buses including A11 to airport direct is within few mins walk away. Clean and hygiene - daily cleaning with options to not being disturbed also. I come back to a clean room everyday Big room size - the room is big compared to many especially in Wanchai and CWB for the same price range. Some are even more expensive but half the room size only Friendly and helpful staffs - very efficient check-in check out. Especially the housekeeping staff is very friendly. I bumped into her 3 times during my 7nights, and always have very enjoyable chat with her. There was on I told her I don’t need housekeeping since I’ll be checking out early morning next morning, but she still suggest to at least let her clear the rubbish bin and change the towels. The reception staffs are extremely helpful, upon check-in when I inquire if it is hard to get a taxi to airport early morning, he volunteered and suggest that I check out 10mins earlier and they can help to get a taxi for me. Value for money - certainly for the service and room quality, as well as the location (1 stop from CWB and 2 from Wanchai, with lots of eateries and pharmacies around), it is certainly very good value for the price paid compared to many hotels round the CWB district.

Room is still of old design - while it is big, it is not carpeted. I’m guessing it may be cold during winter Small shower area:bathtub - I’m of medium size but I find the bathtub too small and hard to move and turn around. It’ll be even harder for bigger size guests.

We were very pleased with our choice of hotel. - The location was perfect in terms of communications and ease to go places. We were just next to the metro as well as both ding ding and bus stations. - close to Victoria park and causeway bay center just a few minutes away, - There were a wide variation of restaurants, shops and cafes. - We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, there was a small refrigerator for our sons breakfast so he could eat some before going out. - We used one of the laundry shops near by, just up the big stairs and to your right. Recommended by the hotel staff. - always pleased with the cleaning and the cleaning staff was very nice. - Reception was excellent, very service-minded and nothing that they couldn’t help us with. - the size of the room was perfect for us three. - value for the money we paid - good storage for our clothes and big suitcases

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Nina and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great local tips. Their warm hospitality really made us feel very welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good—everything from the lobby to the rooms was spotless and well-maintained. The location is unbeatable—right across the road from Tin Hau MTR station (Exit A1), which made getting around the city very easy. Plus, it’s on the same block as a Starbucks, a supermarket, pharmacy and a bakery, so everything you need is just steps away.

Great location for getting around Hong Kong. Very close the the train station and food places near by if you don’t want to go far.

The gym could have been a bit better

The location can't be any better. The hotel is across the road at Exit A1 Tin Hau MTR Station. Easy to cross the busy street at the traffic lights. There are lots of local authentic Chinese eateries everywhere. The rooms are very big in Hong Kong standards too. Staff were helpful, polite, and friendly at the Front Desk. Cleaners were responsible and changed the towels daily, or act according to your preference not to change bedsheets daily. There's a water dispenser at the end of the corridor, providing hot, room temperature, and cold water at all times. There were 2 double-walled glass containers for our use. Ah Yung Restaurant at the Basement is well-known for their abalone dishes. I went to lunch with a local friend. The quality of the food was excellent; the environment was quiet and we were able to have a peaceful place to catch up. It was wonderful! I will definitely stay at Nina Hotel Causeway Bay again next time I visit Hong Kong. Thank you for your great work!
