The room was super clean and comfortable, the view we had was fantastic, every morning waking up to a beautiful landscape with mountains and flowers. The staff was exceptional, everyone from the staff at the reception (they always helped me decide what to do and where to go), to the breakfast chefs to the cleaning ladies, everyone was the kindest and most professional. The location is just perfect, basically in the middle of the valley. The public transports also work well, so we didn't have to move the car as much. I cannot even imagine how lovely it is in winter! The breakfast option is extensive and varied, and everything looked and tasted delicious.

I cannot think of anything I didn't like, everything was perfect.

We’ve stayed at the Sas Morin on a number of occasions and it didn’t disappoint, the staff are lovely and helpful, the lady on the desk was so helpful when we were booking the night snow shoe ( it was fantastic by the way!). As usual the food was delicious although we were B n B , we ate in the bar on a couple of evenings, restricted menu but what we had was delicious. The hotel upgraded us which was really nice, we loved the fire place in the room, the weather was bad while we were there so we went snow shoeing then had a lovely sauna. We had a lovely stay at Sas Morin. The staff was always with smiles on their faces, easy going, eager to help with all our needs and questions. The junior suite was very comfortable and spacious, with a panoramic view over the mountains. The accommodation included different perks (access to spa, shuttle bus to nearby slopes, discounts to other restaurants and businesses) made us feel spoiled during our stay. Breakfast was very diverse, with plenty of options for everyone. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back next year!

Everything was perfect, better than expected!

The front desk staff members were very kind and helpful. The hotel is extremely clean and in a great location, not far from great restaurants and a playground. The rooms were updated and everything worked well. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our travels in Italy with very generous options. This hotel exceeded our expectations by far; an added bonus to our visit to the Dolomites!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sas Morin. The establishment covered all our needs during our stay with a clean and comprehensive wellness area, warm and cosy rooms, free transfers to the nearby slopes, a sky depot room and one of the best breakfast I have ever seen in a hotel! Looking forward to coming back here as soon as possible! Extra bonus points for the girl working at the reception, she was super helpful and smiley all the time, a real pleasure to deal with!

Nothing in particular. Probably they could put some better pictures on booking as the place was even nicer than what we thought.

Favourite hotel stay. Breakfast selection very tasty, something for everyone. Regret not trying the fresh prepared omelettes because the buffet was so good. When they say no restaurant, there’s still good food served in the bar area. Room was fantastic. Most comfortable bed ever. Spa facilities were welcome release after day’s activities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Walking poles and backpack useful touch. Glad I didn’t need the umbrella. Good location and discounts for nearby ski rental.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms are cozy and clean, and the staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. Every morning, we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with a wide selection of fresh ingredients. A big plus was the beautiful outdoor wellness area with a stunning mountain view – the perfect place to relax after a day of skiing.

They had everything you could ever think of in an amazing setting in the Pozza Di Fassa valley. The rooms were clean and cozy with a great view from the balcony and the breakfast was amazing. The guy at reception was very professional and friendly, able to speak English and very helpful. They had an electric charging station on site which was very handy.

Perfect location, helpful and kind stuff (always available to provide advice about what to do, where to go); wide room, beautiful view on the mountains, with welcome kit for our pet. Breakfast was also remarkable

Breakfast excellent, chef very friendly. Good ski room, comfortable beds, good shower and spotlessly clean. Warm. Friendly staff generally. Great location. Parking.

The manager seems uninterested, bar closed at 10pm.
