This route inn is situated in an area with traditional Japanese spas, and I was pleasantly surprised to smell Sulfur in the Onsen(public bath), something that you don't experience at other route inn hotels. The hotel has 3 separate parking lots nearby, and car users do not need to worry about parking their cars. Breakfast was good and my room was quiet.
This doesn't have anything to do with the hotel, but if you go out to eat/drink at night, ignore the women asking you to join them for a drink. They will rip you off without providing a satisfactory service.

Was an awesome stay! The Onsen bath was incredible, the room spacious and clean with everything I required, even plugs/cords for phone charging. Breakfast was amazing with an array of choices. They also have a small adjacent room where you can get free coffee and work on your computer. The only complaint was the location, but then I knew that before I went so not an issue. Easy access by car from Ueda station at a 30 minute drive or so. Oh an finally, the staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Thanks very much!

Was very far out. Without a car pretty difficult to get to. Also parking is not nearby.

There was parking. Excellent onsen installations, comfortable bedrooms and a restaurant in the hotel. Very comfortable and convenient.
