Super friendly and helpful staff. Lovely clean hotel which is well organised. Very clean swimming pool. Lovely dinner in the restaurant - nice breakfast. Safe storage for our 2 bicycles. Good air con, plenty of hot water in the shower. Beds comfortable and room quiet.

A clean, pleasant hotel and really good value for the money
The breakfast was plentiful and well presented, but it is a diabetic's nightmare--almost entirely bread and pastries. Need to add some eggs (boiled would be OK) and/or meat. It is out on the highway, not in the center of town, but the center is within walking distance.

There are few hotels in Los Andes, and this one is fair for the price. As an extranjero, I didn’t have to pay the VAT tax which brought the price down to a more reasonable rate. The rooms were fine and breakfast was decent. Staff were very friendly though and helpful. Parking was secure and some under carport cover.
The beds need to be changed…getting dips in them. Rooms could have been cleaned better.

The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff was helpful.
The breakfast was very poor. The fruits they offered were totally underripe, from the bananas to the nectarine. Simply impossible to eat. The boiled egg was uncooked and they only had instant coffee. Hard to believe a hotel does not offer brewed coffee!
