The relaxed , individual and colorful place. The warm welcome , the clean rooms . The garden and friendly cat made it feel it ' homel' and safe.

We arrived and had difficulty finding the room as these are hardly labeled. There is no kettle to boil water for tea, only from the coffee machine that is not ok. No black tea for all those colonials and English visitors.

The room and pool were great as well as the location , but the best was the kindness and friendliness of the host. The Villa has a great ambience with a nice roof to terrace to soak up the sea views

Really cool little tripical oasis in Francavilla. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very new and functional, and the common areas are also very well organised and maintained. We really enjoyed having lunch on the terrace and staying by the pool.

We didn't have a car, so it took around 25 minutes walking to get down to the beach. Not an issue during our stay, but on the way back it is a fairly steep hill, so it might be better to have a car.

Beautiful villa, located on a quiet little hill with sea view. The closest beach is a 15min walk away. As soon as you get into the villa, you will be surrounded by plenty of tropical plants, colourful flowers and a Caribbean vibe. The host Eleonora was very nice to welcome us and show us her beautiful place, especially the pool, located in the backyard of the host house.

More savoury choices would be nice for non Italian guests.

I liked the pool and the location. The selected decorations left good vibes and gave colour to the place.

The room was modern and clean. The location was good with a view of the sea. The owner was friendly and helpful. The garden was relaxing.

Contact by phone was not easy. The breakfast was satisfactory. There could have been some variety, some fruit perhaps.

Lovely quiet location, very peaceful!

The position on a little hill in the middle of green is a relaxing hideaway from the busy streets along the beach. Friendly owners and newly refurbished rooms.

We came in November and as many places designed for summer it doesn’t have heating. Breakfast was served as of 9am outside and was ok, but industrial.
