We traveled by car as a group of five adults, and one very large dog. Our main goal was to go hiking and enjoy the evenings with good food and drinks. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We are a loud group. The hotel staff not only made us feel welcome, but it was very obvious that they cared about how comfortable we were. Our rooms were clean and tidy, the pup was provided with an occasional treat and we were thrilled with delicious meals and hospitable atmosphere. Hot coffee waited on the breakfast table for us each morning. Tip toll!

Very friendly staff, we got a huge room with an alcove that was very spacious and nice, the bath was on the smaller side but not a problem, they also have a resturant with great foods and there is also a few other options in the area. There was some construction going on just outside but it wasent a problem either, they have parking on the ground but i parked my car just up the street (free in the area just watch for the cleaning day when it is forbidden that day) due to the roadwork

Cozy, spacious room with a wide.and comfy bed, a functional bath and all the needed space for backpacks and luggage. The restaurant at ground level is quite above level, breakfast has massive variety but it would truly benefit of a coffee machine, cold milk and tepid coffee are not up to pair. Helpful and cordial staff, we felt definitely at home as humans and not merely as customers.

Thale looks like a village with outstanding chances as a centre for fitness tourism, the hiking paths are awesome. Maybe this is why the public transport is largely insufficient, or why after 18:00 everything is closed or closing, except some of the few restaurants not taking holidays in the mid of July - so we can practice ascends for hiking and get 12 hours of sleep each day. It's unfortunate, this hotel would deserve a better organised environment than this. I would not travel here again without a car.

Everything. We had an excellent dinner and breakfast. The room was cozy and we had the perfect hospitality. We really appreciate the quick and kind service that the manager sent the watch my son lost in the room to our home by post!

The location of the Hotel couldnt be better, at the top of the mountain, having a panoramic view of the town. The vibe of the Hotel amazing, local, cozy, very friendly, always smiling, polite and there to help you with whatever u could ask them! Thank you very much! Would definetely come back again!

The Appartement in the top floor/ attic is not really suitable for tall people….there is plenty of opportunity to hit your head. Balcony is tiny

Amazing place - great beds, hugh room and bathroom and some of the best food we had on our trip. Easy parking in front of the hotel.
