Clean, comfort and warm hospitality

When I brought my baby for breakfast, we looked for a table in the bar area but it was full. We couldn't help but sit near the smoking area (it's actually not a problem because it's blocked by the closing door), but we were annoyed by the people smoking because every time they wanted to go inside they forgot to close the door and the smoke came into the room and there were even people who came in with their cigarettes into the lobby, it drove me crazy when I saw it. For those of you with babies who want to have breakfast at the restaurant, make sure you book a table inside away from the smoking area.

it is way better than ibis by far. you get your money's worth here over ibis

a few little stains on the sheets or pillows and the toilet seat. my room had a support column and i stubbed my toe on it because it was right next to the bed. there are also sugar ants in the room. also i was locked out of my room one hour before checkout time

A strategic hotel in the middle of the city, close to the church. Breakfast has many options. The staff is very helpful whether at the receptionist counter, house keeping and restaurant. Thank you Golden Tulip Hotel.

Wifi unstable,the lights in the room are not bright,it's hard to read a book.

Friendly staff, easy checkout, and helpful security who even helped us cross the road and opened the door when we arrived. They were very proactive and thoughtful.

my room is kinda old and need repair but the other is okay. escalator that have been under construction whole days we were there

Staff very kind & friendly. Suitable for vacation & honeymoon. Kids friendly. Very strategic place. Want to repeat again next time. The parking lot is very safe and the hotel staff are very helpful.

The hotel management granted my request to move to other room with better view. Before my room's windows are facing unfinished construction.

The room has no sound proof

The room is clean. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was cool enough for the weather in Pontianak. Breakfast was good. Location was good, many cafes and restaurants around the hotel.

It little far away from center of city.. but still interesting attraction in walking distance

Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice dimsum on Sunday. Nice little pool for some cooling down after a long day. Gym was small however very adequate.
