The staff were all lovely. The food was excellent in the cafe and the restaurant. The breakfast was great. The rooms were fine. The balcony was super. The double glazing was great and ensured there was no traffic noise to be heard when the balcony door was shut.

We hotel was very noisy, not the people, just the doors closing, the showers, the tv, people talking and moving about. It felt like there was no insulation in the walls at all. There was no air conditioning and the room became very hot. We had to open the door to the balcony to cool off in the night.

Excellent location just off the motorway and enroute to France. I am disabled but there is a lift and it was no problem getting to and from my room on the first floor. Air con and balcony very good. Basic room a bit like premier inn UK. Perfect for one night, the food was excellent although breakfast was a bit limited

The property is on a huge industrial site so busy roads and neon signs everywhere.

The hotel is an ideal overnight stop for us travelling from Santander to Cadiz. It is convenient for the motorway, has easy parking, offers decent food in the bar and restaurant, has comfortable, modern rooms, has friendly and helpful staff and is excellent value.

The breakfast buffet is a little disappointing and could offer more choice. The location is great for transit but not as good for visiting Plasencia itself.

Breakfast is OK but quite limited. In a commercial area on the outskirts of Plasencia and not ideally located for visiting the historic centre.

The staff were all very helpful and polite. The room was spacious, with a nice balcony. There was a choice of eating in the cafeteria (informal), or in the restaurant (a little more formal). The food was delicious, and they managed to cater for our problems with gluten. Parking was easy and free.

Only one thing, really, the position, which is on a commercial park, and a good way from the historic city centre. Oh, and as with most European hotels, there was a fridge in our room, but no kettle.

Excellent budget hotel, just off the motorway. Good sized bedroom and bathroom that are modern and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was excellent and not over priced. Fully recommend this hotel especially for and Santander to Algarve stop over.

Modern rooms and excellent bar / restaurant facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for an overnight stop travelling through Spain. 5 minutes from A66.

Surroundings are unattractive and not very convenient as a base for visiting Plasencia.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is easy to find as it is just off on the main road on the edge of an industrial estate. There was plenty of parking space in front of the hotel. It was not at all noisy and the room very clean. It was a good idea to stay outside Plasencia Town because parking there is rather difficult.

We thought it was rather expensive in comparison with other hotels where we have stayed, considering that the furnishings are quite old fashioned.

One night stop between San Sebastián and Jerez. Easy to find, near fuel stations with a lot of parking available. We have stayed before.

Food not available until 8.30. Although one barman was very offhand, one lady used google translate to offer a ham bocodillo, which was very tasty. The floor of the room felt spongey.
