Staff were very helpful & informative. Family run hotel. Lift to hotel floors if required. Aircon is great & cools the room quickly. Great access to the beach (a 5 minute walk). There is an underpass a minute’s walk from the hotel to cross the railway line safely. Lovely beach with lifeguards & all facilities if you access the bagni (€24 per day for 3 sunbeds & an umbrella - will be cheaper for just 2 beds). There are sections of free beach if you dont want to pay for the beds/facilities. Train station is a 10/15 minute walk away. The owners kindly offered to give us a lift to the train station on the way home. The little piazza in Marotta had evening entertainment each night we were there. Plenty of restaurants serving fish & pizza.

Nothing, everything was as expected or better

The pool and the garden were beautiful. Our apartment was spacious and spotless clean. The nice beach with a long promenade is just two streets away. We used the bicycles (free) to go around town which was a lot of fun. The apartment is located near a lot of nice pizza and ice cream places as well as a supermarket. The hosts very truly amazing and caring and made our stay special.

If you are a light sleeper, the running trains across the street might bother you at night

Amazing accomodation, tasty breakfast and very nice staff. The room was super clean. The hotel itself is located very well. There is nothing to complain about, we had a wonderful stay.

We travelled with two children in mid-June. The family that owns the hotel is beautiful and extremely pleasant. They helped with any need. The room cleaned every day, the territory is beautiful and well-kept. The children were obsessed with the pool and Penny the dog. The hotel placed near the beach, maximum 5 minutes walking. We are very satisfied with our vacation.

The staff was very friendly. Rooms very cleaned and provided with fresh towels every time it was need it. We’ve met the owners whom were very friendly and asked everyone how their stay is.

The shower was a bit of an adventure. It was either too hot or too cold the settings weren’t working.

Family ran friendly hotel. Couldn't have done enough for us when we were there. Breakfast was nice, small batches so always fresh. Quiet and safe area too. Also the dog penny was my best friend haha.

Staff was super kind! Breakfast was very good and the location is very close to the beach and farmacy/supermarket.The option to borrow a bike was very nice, they even have child seat.

Fantastic hotel. Pepe and his family make you feel at home from the moment you set foot in the hotel. The hotel is located close to the beach and near to some great restaurants. The hotel is immaculately clean, the rooms are of a good size too, plus there is a lovely pool to cool of in when it gets too hot! If you are looking for a place to stay in Marotta i can highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for looking after us Pepe, the fried eggs were fantastic. 😊

Very nice hotel. The staff was excellent. They explained very detailed with pictures and video's how to find and enter the room because of late arrival. Super!

Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of variety. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely outdoor area with comfortable seating. The pool was refreshing.
