We must have had one of the friendliest welcome ever from Saurabh the duty-manager. A genuine well-wishing conversation on the purpose of our trip in Ahmadabad and advice on how to go forward with things. It felt like we were talking to a family-member welcoming us home. A mixture of warmth and respectful politeness. He would enquire on our progress daily, always have a nice word for our daughter and remembered her name on day 1. Having worked in the catering business myself, this is a very hard thing to pull off : hats off to you Saurabh ! I spent quite some time in the lobby as my wife was caught up in video-conference meetings in the room. Our daughter loved the temporary real vintage yellow scooter on display during the Parsi festival. She pretended to ride it for hours and even got to make friends with another girl of her age in the process. We took a few complimentary drinks from a healthy-drink dispenser near the entrance and snacks here and there from the lobby bakery... and here was another lovely gesture from the staff. On 3-4 occasions during our 5-day stay, the waiter came to us in the lobby to offer a complimentary chocolates. That was unexpected and very sweet! In the restaurant, Chef Dev made it a point every morning to bring a customized pancake to our 6 year-old daughter. The hotel seems to host the crews of multiple airlines. That was in itself a show for our little one who would watch in admiration the hustle and bustle of air hostesses and pilots in full uniform throughout the morning. By the end of it, she changed her career plans from wanting to be an archaeologist to becoming an air hostess. At least that gave us an argument to get her to comb her hair spik and span every morning !

The air in this hotel is in a closed-circuit. On the first night, I felt a bit suffocated by the smell of the AC and would have loved to be able to open a window. I got used to it by the second or third night, so maybe I just got a temporary sea-sickness feeling for some other reason.

The breakfast was excellent, and I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff members throughout my stay. - It started with the driver, Ranjeet, who picked me up at the airport. - Shraddha at the front desk was also accommodating. - Additionally, I'd like to acknowledge Ajay, who was incredibly helpful, and always ready to assist me. He even went out of his way to arrange an Uber for me and helped with my bags."

Considering the amount spent on accommodation, we kindly request not to charge for a small order such as à la carte Pani Puri. This is simply for the purpose of trying it out for enjoyment and to experience its taste, and safety.

Good clean and spacious rooms. Excellent buffet spread for both breakfast and dinner. The staff go out of the way to make you feel comfortable. Ankit, Payal, Aditya and Suvranil were fabulous. Housekeeping led by Jenny is very good.

Though it's a business hotel, they can have a games room.

Very comfortable hotel with good air conditioning and reliable wi fi. Staff were very helpful and food excellent. The car with driver organised by the hotel was excellent, picking us up from the airport and taking us around Ahmedabad, to Gandhi’s ashram, the Modi Stadium and The Greenhouse Restaurant. Again very helpful.

Breakfast was really excellent, with a good spread of warm dishes and made-to-order items, in addition to the regular items one expects to find at Breakfast. The staff was friendly and responsive.

There was only one choice for fresh juice and one milkshake; it would be great to have a couple of more choices in the fresh juice section.

We like the hotel, entire staff of hotel and hospitality given by staff and breakfast room was very good and very healthy and testy food and very honorable staff. Overall I will recommend my friends and relatives that Vivanta is one of the best hotel in Ahemadabad. Everyday house keeping was very good and excellent and housekeeping staff was too good 👍 👌 👏 😀.

I don't like the bathroom of handicap people alloted to us.

The attentiveness of the staff from the porters reception and waiting was excellent. We were treated as a 5star establishment should. We tried both restaurants and asked for off the menu items again greeted with no problem sir we will oblige. House keeping went to the trouble of leaving messages asking if there was anything they could help. Would like to especially thank Alpesh,Masum,Arjit and also Sonia,Payal and Rajat thanks guys🙏

Ahmedabad has great connectivity, this was very well located, just 20 minutes from Gandhinagar where we had an event to attend.

It was a really very comfortable stay. at the most, would have loved some warm table lights on the bedside tables.

A clean comfortable hotel. The staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Breakfast and evening meal very good. Our driver,Munglesingh, arranged by the hotel for pick up and a touring day, was excellent. We can recommend the Green House for visit and lunch.

The overall hospitality was exceptional. Right from the front desk to room service. I never really had to wait for anything. The property is super clean. The morning buffet is amazing and the live kitchen doesn't make you feel away from home. Resturant Manager (Amarjit) and his team ensure that the food service is seamless and guests leave the tables with their appetite satisfied. Thanks for making my stay amazing.

A place to change wet clothes near the pool area should be available.
