This family-run hotel is a little gem :) Everyone is super nice and at your disposal. We arrived quite early in the morning, but thanks to Monica, we didn't have to wait for the check-in, but entered the room immediately - highly appreciated. Breakfast is excellent, specially if you enjoy cakes, pastries and other sweet delicacies; of course, there is savory offer as well, including tasty prosciutto, ricotta and many more. The hotel's location is a plus, because the beach few steps away, as well as the bus stop if you wish to go to the city center. To sum up, huge thanks to Monica, Mauro and the rest of the team. We will definitely come back.

The owners are an extremely friendly family. Before COVID they started a renovation. The ground floor area with restaurant is beautiful. The rooms are split up in renovated and non-renovated. We stayed in non-renovated. It’s correct that the rooms are not big. But you pay for what you get.

Our plane arrived well before the hotel's check-in time, but the staff prepared the rooms for us earlier. Until then, they let us store things with them, very sweet.

The room is cozy and daily cleaned. Towels are changed every three days. Breakfast is very tasty and abundant. The pastries are perfect, especially the strudel 🫶 The bathroom is nice and cleaned.

It is a family hotel and the staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was rich and tasty. There was a huge offer of sweet pastry. It is possible to get a discount for the nearest beach and also you can borrow hotel bikes for free. Room had a nice balcony and also a small fridge, we had everything we needed.

The locality itself and also the sea did not amaze us but the hotel was excellent.

The hotel is nice & clean, and full of light, the room has a sweet balcony with a place to hang wet bathing suit. Staff were so friendly and accommodating, I truly felt at home. They helped me with anything I needed help with. I loved the breakfast, the coffee. They gave me a bicycle to ride around Rimini which was absolutely a comfort and a joy for me.

Everything was top-notch! It is an amazing, oldish but very charming hotel with super friendly owners and staff. I especially enjoyed the comfortable beds and an AMAZING breakfast: I've never had such a breakfast in Italy! It includes not only freshly baked goods (as per tradition) but also the but also continental options such as cheese, cold cuts, yogurts, fresh fruits, and vegetables, as well as hot items like eggs, vegetables, and sausages.

The Staff was super nice and helpful. Excellent breakfast and the hotel was not even a 5min walk from the beach. The Room had a balcony and both got cleaned appropriately every day, all in all it was a great stay.

If you’d want to get to the City or Airport with public transport it’s a bit tricky. Busses, arrive with delays, they don’t announce the stations and also don’t stop at all of them. It's easy to get lost on the first day. But there are a lot of other Transportations to explore such as rentable Motorrollers, bicycles and E-scooters. Oh and there are no real supermarkets close by except a mini Markt but if you walk down 15min you’d find one. So not all to bad.

Familiar hotel, very good location near the beach, the center of Rimini about 2 km, 20-25 min. walk, but there is a bus directly going there. Very good breakfast, the staff is really kind and speaking well in english and german. Rooms ar about 12 sqm, enough for 2 people to stay/sleep, the balcony is quite big. On Saturday there are discos around but until midnight only, other days it is not noisy at all.

Small fridge. Of course, it is a hotel room, not an apartment, so it is normal. They have apartments too, but they were occupied that's why we were in rooms.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Amzing employers The hotel is at 30-60 second from the Beach. Near to the hotel there were restaurant and grosseries. Very clean place Wonderful breackfast with a big variety.

The only bad thing in this hotel was the air conditioner. It was ineffective and we didn't feel much freshness whene it was hot.

The hotel is at an excellent location, very near to the beaches. It is owned and managed by a family, and they are very attentive and friendly, overseeing everything in the hotel all day long. The breakfast is excellent, with a great selection of pastries and cakes included. The whole building is spotlessly clean.

The walls of my room were very thin, hearing loud voices from adjacent rooms was quite unpleasant. The bed was too hard for me.
